The hotel staff was very accommodating and the room was comfortable and clean. They managed to handle a completely sold out hotel with ease.

This is a nice hotel in a great spot downtown.

Pros: I liked the location as well as the comfort.
Cons: The bathroom needs a fan and I would have loved to have a mini refrigerator and microwave.
Location: The location is great! Very close to Beale St. and really not far from all of the attractions of Memphis.
The staff was very friendly. There was a restaurant that was great for morning coffee and breakfast as well as for dinner in the evenings. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, in downtown.

Staff was awesome. We had a problem with the heating and air unit, it wa fix immediately. Extra pillows requested during reservation were already in the room when we arrived.

Terrible Attitude of Desk Agent

Pros: The room was clean, but the front desk's girl attitude left me very insulted, and I felt as though I was discriminated.
Cons: Include Parking as it costs $20, and the employee's attitude should treat everybody equally, ¬ judge people by their wallet or the room reservation
Location: It was sunday and everything closes at 5 pm. There is not much to do downtown Memphis, and it was completely deserted after 5 pm. It feels unsafe.
My hotel confirmation could not be cancelled or changed to another day due to the Tornado warnings as it was 3rd party. So I had no choice but to go anyway on a really rainy, windy day where everything closes at 5 pm in downtown memphis. So it was a pretty miserable day. The desk girl that greeted me refused to check us in at 3 pm, and made us wait till 4 pm. She was suppose to call me when the room was ready as my boyfriend and I waited in the lobby. She allowed other people to check in who came in after us. After 40 minutes of waiting she said that other people had VIP. I got insulted by her attitude. I will never go to this hotel. Also you have to pay $20 Valet parking. I found cheaper elsewhere.

Walking distance to beale street. Wish there was airport shuttle to hotel.

Pros: Close
Cons: Could do with a room update, impossible to park without paying costly valet. Breakfast buffet at TGI very average
Location: Go to Bass Pro Shop - quite and experience
Close to restaurants and Beale St and Stadium (Grizzlies and Baseball)

Hotel has a great looking lobby and the bed was comfy too. The room itself incl. bathroom, however, is really old and needs to be renovated. It was stuffy in the room (it was an accessible room, so maybe it's not used very often) and you could see that the last time it was properly cleaned must have been a while ago. Overall, not a great deal for the rate.
