Good location

Pros: Location
Cons: Rooms badly need updating
Location is great, within walking distance of Beale St. Staff are welcoming, and lobby looks promising. Rooms are extremely dated, and not what you might expect from the Hilton brand.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff 2 blocks from Beale St. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.

This room was very disappointing

Cons: Update the rooms, fresh paint job and add more ambiance
This room was not the nice place we expected for the money paid and given it hotel carried the Hilton brand. The only positive about the place was the location. We were very disappointed and was one of our least favourite hotels we stayed in during our 4 week trip in the USA. To summarise: - The carpet looked old and worn - The bathroom was tiny and looked dated - Noisy airconditioning - No fridge - No safe - No microwave - Most lights had energy saving lights, which is the right idea, but they had white light instead of warm lights which is what's needed in a room. - There where bars sticking out of bed base - Beds were really old and standard double not queen - everyone woke with sore backs - Wifi was very slow - Parking $25

Poor service and room

The room was a handicapped room which was unnecessary, no hair dryer, and attitudes of staff were not helpful or courteous

SMALL & old. The bathroom and room was small

Pros: Location
Cons: Offer a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room.
Location: It was 2 blocks from Beale St. and across the street from the Autozone park. We were able to catch a game.
The room was very small. No ice on the floors and there was no refrigerator in the room. The resaurant was a TGIF no coffee in the room nor any in the lobby area. We could gave stayed in a Microtel with more amenities......

Close to baseball stadium, but outdated

Hotel overpriced and outdated. The beds were really old and very bouncy and squeaked every time I moved.

Walking Distance to Beale Street

Pros: Proximity to Beale Street and Downtown Memphis. The Staff were great and had loads of helpful suggestions.
Cons: Nothig
Location: Walking distance to Beale Street and the downtown area. Walking distance to the Trolley. Across from Auto Zone Baseball Park.
We felt we made a great choice. The location, the staff, ad the room were great.

great location to Beale St

Pros: Location to Beale St. Hotel staff was very helpful. Cleanliness and comfort.
Cons: Poor lighting conditions for reading in bed. Shower curtain rod was loose and the shower curtain kept slipping to the middle.
Location: Beale Street and museums within walking distance.
Staff was excellent. Room needed updating and maintenance.
