It was great! From the minute we got there, the staff made us feel welcome. Location is literally 3 blocks, if that, to Beale St

We were in town to attend a minor league game and our hotel was just across the street from Auto Zone Park. Very convenient! The warm cookies were delicious and the staff was so nice.

Room was very large but in a noisy area of town. Tub would not drain, internet signal was weak and the only breakfast option was a $12.95 ++ buffet.

Close to Beale St

Posted Aug 18, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Cleanliness
The hotel was easy walking distance to Beale St, Main St restaurants and downtown museums. I was slightly disappointed with the general cleanliness of the room. While the bedding and bathroom were clean, the walls were scuffed, dirty and actually had liquid residue (spills??) still there from past guests (an amount clearly indicating the "party" use!!) The tabletops had glass over the wood and all had significant food waste and other debris beneath. When I asked for a different room (we had also been placed directly across from the elevator), I was told that our room was one of the ones reserved for those using Expedia and we couldn't change.

Very nice.

Pros: Close to Beale street.
Cons: later pool hours.
Location: Close to everything.
We liked our room. The only thing that was a bummer is the pool was only open until 9:00 pm.

Good Location, Lack Luster Experience

Posted Aug 10, 2015
I chose the hotel due to its proximity to everything and the outdoor pool. I wasn't disappointed on either accord. Sadly however, the hotel itself is dated. I did not find the staff to be warm nor accommodating. for a small difference in price, I would choose its 5 star neighbor.

Walking distance to Beale Street,

Posted Aug 9, 2015
The hotel was in really good shape. Walking distance from Beale Street. Vending on the same floor that we were staying on. The valet parking system was poor and my glove box and all the compartments of my car had been gone through.
