You can't beat the location. But....

You can't beat the location. But for $100/night you would expect a little more comfort. The beds were like rocks. The 16 year old and 10 year old, who can normally sleep on the floor and be comfortable were miserable. I would have let them sleep on the floor but they were so yucky feeling my wife made us wear flip flops in the room. Spend the extra money and stay at a newer hotel.

Hate smoking rooms and was forced to sleep in one because no others were available. Horrible even for someone who smokes.

Disappointing

Would not recommend. Close to Graceland but not the greatest part of town.

Very sketchy area. Hotel is completely gated. Sheets were clean but very dingy. Only a very thin devot on bed. No blankets. The room was very big which was nice but there was a strange odor to it. Only 2 towels given.

Nice hotel for weekend trip.

We spent the weekend visiting Elvis. It was very well located for our needs. The price was right for a weekend stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. We liked the gated enterence and exit which didnt allow non-guests entering.

Worse Hotel Ever!

This was my worst hotel experience ever! They were very unprofessional and rude. They over charged us. The place had so many ants and when we complained they went off on us. The lady even curse me because of me saying something about it. You DO NOT want to go here.

Bed protectors were dirty toilet seat had red liquid on it pillows were thin and yellow. Mattress was comfortable. There was ice on parking lot as well as sidewalks. The gate that you walk through to go to lobby had ice which you could fall. They never cleared the ice from Sunday to Thursday
