Cheap hotel

The room had a strong smell of cigarette. The place was dirty.

Dirty and staff is unprofessional! Room was disgusting and not cleaned. Someone took my child's pillow while we were gone for the day.

Wouldn't Return if it was free

Front desk did not have our rooms ready at check in time of 3pm after we drove from Connecticut! We had to wait 15-20minutes for them to clean rooms. The bathroom had someone's hair all over the sink and tub when we first arrived. Housekeeping was smoking outside the building and cursing (hanging) out with each other. Garbage was piled up outside. Both mornings ran out of coffee and any muffins or anything by 8am! Went to Graceland and came back to find my diamond earrings were missing!!!

Plenty of room. Desk clerk was friendly. Even had decent tv channels. Definitely will stay again!

No blow dryer

The rooms didn't have a blow dryer. The hotel had no vending machine. The breakfast was disgusting muffins. I would only stay here again as a last resort.

Good and convenient

Had to stay close to airport for reasonable price. This hotel fit the criteria therefore decided to stay. I was by myself so it all worked out especially since it was a one night stay. Would recommend for a short stay.

Location was great!

Miriam was awesome at checkin!! Rest of the staff was not so friendly at all! Couldn't get towels as needed! Liked how hotel was off to itself also only 8 miles to Beale Street!! Bed was too hard and "queen size" was more like a full size.
