I would definitely stay here again in the future.

I want to start off by saying that I am very very picky about hotels. But this hotel passed the test for sure. This hotel was great. The staff were very helpful, patient, and polite. The room was spotless. I ordered room service every morning for breakfast and the food was excellent. The fitness center was clean and had a nice variety of equipment. The only thing that I would say is that the pool could have been a little bit cleaner. Also the hot tub jets did not work. But regardless... this hotel is great. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The hotel is in a great area. You would have no issues getting anywhere from this location. I ordered Uber rides often and the drivers were never more than 5 minutes away from the hotel. This hotel was very comfortable.

No Maintainance Staff on site when Needed

Everything was fair until problems with the toilet not flushing occurred at 10 pm. Front desk was not able to help except to bring a plunger and left it outside my room by the door. There was not anyone she could call with maintainance as no one was in the building or oncall. she offered to pass my name on to the GM as I was unhappy with the situation. I have not receive a call yet from anyone. Additionally, there were stains on the sofa and chair that were unsightly the made me question when was it last cleaned.

Great place

Pros: The staff, the rooms, got to try the pepper bacon (thick cut) with your breakfast
Cons: not a thing
Location: Not sure, we where in town to buy a new home. moving from california
Place was great to stay in, the staff was so helpful. Had breakfast every morning and was great. Also a night they have a pretty good bar with specials. The staff was so friendly. They also have a shuttle to the airport. Not sure if they have one that will pick you up FROM the airport. Would stay there the next time we travel to Memphi.

Hotels.com overbooked our room. Go figure

Bookee thru hotels.com 2-3 weeks in advance got there one hour before check in and they said I couldn't check in becuase there were no rooms cleaned! We had to find something to do and came back at 6 pm to find out hotels.com or the hotel overbooked us and we didn't have a room even though the room even though room was payed for at time of booking! They told us there was a room for us at holiday inn so we go over there and guess what they didn't have any rooms. Turns out someone checked out of a room and we had to wait for them to clean. When we finally get into room the ac was broke they got a service mechanic to fix and all was fin except there was only one bed and. We had 5 people. The Sheraton hotel we booked slept 5 this hotel slept 3. While I know sometimes things happen I felt emailing someone one hour before I was to check in and not calling me to tell me in person hotels.com dropped the ball. The Sheraton did let us use there pool how nice of them while waiting for a pool key another couple with kids in town for same soccer tournament we was had the exact same thing happen to them overbooked.

Nice hotel and has a few restaurants near by.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel has good food. There is also more restaurants located near by the hotel. When I come back to Memphis I will absolutely stay at Four Points by Shearton again. Great hotel and very kid friendly.

Nice part of town

This hotel was clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was close to a lot of restaurant and shopping. There was not a free breakfast but, there was a restaurant in hotel. Our room was not cleaned on our 2nd or had toilet paper or towels replace.

Great hotel for price

We had an excellent time and stay at this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was great. Shower was a little dirty but you could tell it was cleaned... I always reclean anyways so I didn't make a service call. Everything else was super clean. Would like a continental breakfast but will definitely make this our normal choice when going south again

Our stay was great!!! The only thing was the pool was bombarded with teenagers that were not actual guest. I overheard some of them stating that they needed to get a ride home. There was no supervision and they were running and jumping wildly.
