The staff is great but no one stays at the check in desk.....so if you have problems you have to wait because they only have one person at desk. TV had only around 30 channels so you do not have good selection.... Other than that hotel is ok

Was given the wrong directions when called at rush hour traffic and najor const. in the area, and clerk denied what he had said when it was on Blue Tooth and my husband heard the directions too. There was only decaf coffee, no regualr. Called the front desk, no one ever answered after ringing 10+ times. there was no TV guide, the remote barely worked, matresses kept sliding off the slick bed skirt. Area too crowded, never will stay there again. Dissappointed in Hampton Inn, hotel needs updating. Stayed at 10+ Hampton Inns on our trip of 5,000 miles, this the worse. Please forward to Hampton Inn!!

Stay at dog friendly hotel

comfortable and was dog friendly. Staff was polite and helpful. Front desk was very personal and helpful.

Decent rooms, quiet and close to our daughter. Wished it had fridges in rooms.

Great night sleep

Everything was great! Stayed for my moms surgery at the local hospital so we weren't in the room long but did enjoy the stay

Down and Out Hampton Inn

This is a very worn Hampton Inn, if you are used to the more modern/new Hampton Inns you will be severely disappointed with this hotel. I've been to several older locations that were still in good shape but this was not one of them. It may already be planned for renovation judging by the shape this hotel was in. The staff was nice and the sheets were the typical Hampton stuff. My mattress was so soft on the side it made me nearly fall out of bed in the middle of the night when I rolled over.

The Hotel Need To Be Updated.

The hotel is a great location for people who are going to the hospital next door not for people on vacation. The hotel needs to be updated and the rooms need a lot of work. I am going back to Memphis but I will choose a different place to stay.

I love the stay very nice and cleanliness they serve good breakfast the housekeeper was nice and I had to laugh when my boyfriend told me the housekeeper came and.knock on the door and he get up an open the door naked and he thought it was me and she apologize but I love the stay at the hotel is would love to go back and stay if I visited again the manager checked on everybody that's a good thang I give them a A plus
