Breakfast left much to be desired. I've stayed at other Hampton inns before that were MUCH nicer. We had to stand around and wait about 10-15 minutes for breakfast to be restocked. There were several people waiting and as soon as it was refilled it was empty again! The staff changing out the trash cans took the trash bags out & didn't immediately Replace the bags. Instead, they walked away & didn't return for several minutes leaving people standing around wondering what to do with their trash.

business travel to Germantown area

Pros: vicinity, the location was ideal
Cons: shower head not allowing water flow, very old
this location was convenient to highway and the business that was on agenda.

My room was terrible for noisy insulation. I heard next room couple arguing at 2AM and dog barking at 8AM. Closet door was half broken. Lots of dust on the funiture...

Worst Hotel Experience Ever

I have traveled all over the world and this was the worst hotel of this price range in which I have ever stayed. I will never use Hotels.com again!

Worst experience I have ever had at a Hampton! Housekeeping NEVER came by during our stay even after speaking to the manager and specifically requesting it. Had to actually go down to the desk and get towels since no one could be bothered to bring them. Finally gave up on Housekeeping and just set the trash and dirty towels in the hall. We will NOT be staying at a Hampton again. Very disappointed.

Two cars were broken into in the parking lot the night we stayed here. Very little hot water in the shower. I had to turn the knob all the way to the hot side to just get semi-lukewarm water. The shower curtain bar was damaged on one side, so the shower bar swung down, preventing anyone from being able to fully draw the curtain. We would try to move it, but it just kept on slipping. Bedding could have been softer. Breakfast was great and the front counter staff members were extremely nice.
