Stayed here during the NCAA weekend while driving through on a road trip. Had experiences with three different front desk clerks and only had a good experience with one. My mom needs hypoallergenic bedding (which all Hiltons carry) and we requested her bedding be changed while we went out to dinner. The bedding placed on her bed was covered with dark gray stains (though the room was otherwise clean). It seemed almost like a slap in the face for her requesting that. When we had asked if they had any other rooms available as we did not like the room location, the front desk clerk told us that we'd have to carry the hypoallergenic bedding to a new room if there was one available. The rooms are all a very odd shape as the unnecessarily long bathrooms protrude into the hallway, making it very narrow. The hotel overall was mostly clean and in a safe location, which is why I booked it. I wouldn't book again as it is overpriced and the Four Points Sheraton across the road has much better customer service.
