This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,000.00 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $57 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

+ A rental agreement will need to be read and signed before arrival. Failure to provide a signed rental agreement will immediately cancel the reservation without a refund if not received 24 hours before arrival.
+ No smoking inside (vape included. + No illegal drugs or illegal substances on the property.
+ Tapering, unplugging, or covering with Ring Cameras (at both entrances) is grounds for immediate reservation cancellation without refund. The security cameras are there for the safety of YOU & our home.
+ No tapering/unplugging of the Wifi lock (plug-in) or router; that is grounds for immediate reservation cancellation without refund.
+ Check-in is at 4:00 pm prompt unless discussed before. The smart lock is set for strictly 4:00 pm check-in; it will not allow you to access the home even 1 minute before.
+ Check-out is 10:00 am.
+ Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. While we have designated quiet hours, it's important to note that this doesn't confine you indoors. Instead, it's a gentle reminder to maintain respectful voices and consideration for those around us.


Avoidable Fees:
+ $500 fee for unauthorized events/parties
+ $500 fee for smoking inside - smoking outside is acceptable - please respect the property and dispose of remains.
+ $750 unauthorized pet fee (for each pet that was bought unauthorized)
