Nice hotel, facilities could use work

A.c. unit was old and busted. I could not turn it off only adjust the thermostat and that seemed close to breaking as well.

Beakfast

Pros: Close to were we wanted to go.
Cons: The breakfast. The selection of creamer.
Location: The places we went to visit were easy to find from this location.
The quality of the breakfast had little to desire. The fruit was good, the cereal was good. The sausage biscuits and gravy wasn't the best tasting. The bagels didn't seam fresh. The coffee wasn't the best earthier. Those were the only thing wrong with this hotel. Everything else was top notch.

Not happy when people take my hard earned money

They charged me an extra $125.65 and I still do not have it refunded to my card!!!!!!! When I call it goes to voicemail which says mailbox is full! I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Way point Memphis

Loved Memphis and this hotel was very nice and quite. It was a little farther out of Memphis than I expected but we enjoyed our stay.

Great Value

Cons: Breakfast
Location: Reasonable drive to Memphis very close to I-40
excellent value, clean and friendly. Breakfast was very basic but otherwise not a big deal for us. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was a fairly good value for the price. The breakfast was good, and our room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. They recently did a remodel, so all of the furniture was new and clean. The only real complaint that I had was the bathroom. It was outdated and small, and the water pressure was pretty terrible. Also, there is no pool, despite claiming an outdoor pool. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
