Trendy and original hotel in Memphis !

Pros: Everything!
Location: Enjoy the Memphis blues night scene!
This hotel completely surprised us! It was cool and hip and rock n' roll from the moment you walk into the hotel. Concierge service was spectacular1 they helped us park our big truck with trailer hauling our jeep! The decor is so neat! There's art and pop culture everywhere you turn! Even in elevators! Whoever decorated this place deserves an award for creativity and originality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's walking distance to the blues bars. It was a perfect one-night stay!

The best hotel in Memphis!

Amazing hotel! It's in a great location. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The best part is the rooftop bar with the amazing view of the city.

Got off to a rough start. Room wasn't ready at check-in time, but they compensated with restaurant credit, which was great. Overall, great stay.

Nice hotel just short walk to Beale Street

The hotel was very nice. Rooms were nice, beds comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the roof top bar!!!

Wonderful Staff & Location

Stayed here for one night on a road trip. The hotel staff stood out to me as the best part of our experience. Every single person we met went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel lobby, hallways, and room were all clean and updated. Loved the big speaker (with lightning charger!) that we listened to our Memphis Blues playlist on. The hotel location is great too—easy walk to everything. Highly recommend this hotel.

Fast check in. Helpful front desk. Excellent breakfast in hotel restaurant. Down side... ice not on every floor. No vending machines.

Great place to stay close to trolleys to everywhere. Very good restaurants close by.

Very dirty hotel! Not a 4 star

This hotel is listed as a 4 star hotel, but it is soooo dirty! My room wasn't even cleaned when I arrived. There was hair everywhere, the bathroom clearly had not been cleaned, and there was trash lying around. There was even a leaky ceiling. And a very strange and ugly painting that was right next to the TV. It was clearly there to cover up something nasty on the wall. Everything in this hotel is dirty. The rooms, the lobby, and overall it has a weird smell. The location is excellent for sure. But I don't think I'll stay here again. If you want to stay a 4 star hotel, please clean the rooms. I travel a lot and this is nowhere near any 4 star hotel I have seen before! There are better places in Memphis to stay. That being said, the staff is very friendly and nice. They are helpful with directions and stuff. And it is in a great location. So if you don't mind a stinky room, maybe this is for you.

Toilet dirty and no one put it right

Cons: Housekeeping was terrible for a hotel let alone one in this price bracket
When we turned up the room looked nice and comfortable, until we went to the bathroom The toilet was used but not flushed and there was no toilet roll on the dispenser. There was urine on the seat. I had to find the spare roll, unwrap it and put it on the dispenser. Clean the seat and flush the contents away. I reported it to reception in person as there was no information in the room to tell me how to contact them using the room phone. I later went back to complain that the glass top on the dressing table was filthy with sticky rings from where someone had spilt a ring and not cleaned up. No one took any action to get it sorted out. When I left, I raised the same issues and asked for a response from the hotel which I was promised. Never heard a word in response Overall, in a great place and if it wasn't for shocking standards of cleanliness it would have been a positive feedback
