One night in Memphis.

Excellent staff, very polite and helpful. Got a wonderful tour of the bar and entertainment facility frequented by The King. Thanks Harold!

Scary

As I pull into the hotel to begin my stay, a prostitute is walking by, I check in, take a shower go to get dinner, 3 people are shooting drugs in the parking lot Friends of the people working there are just hanging out in the lobby, being loud, foul language Scary hotel

The staff was awesome room was comfortable. Hotel is in a nice location easily accessible.

The bed the bathroom in the towels were all nice and clean the hallways and the lobby and outside the facility was a little shabby but overall a good price for the hotel

Very nice stay. They were running a little behind when I got there. I became a but frustated but that tall black GIRL was very patient with me. She promised to have a nice room for me in about five minutes and that she did. On my departure I stop for some breakfast and there I meet Carolyn. She was very.very nice as well. Its hard to find good CS now a days.Keep those girls as long as they will stay. Plans are to return again soon.

Bed Bugs

I have bed bug bites on my back and on my arm I goggled it and pics look the same I knew it was it this was my first time dealing with situation.....

NIce place but it needs improvement.

Pros: The Price
Cons: Breakfast
The hotel and room was clean and in good condition but the hotel needs some improvements. Breakfast was not good and only offered prepackaged muffins and sausage biscuits without any eggs. I asked for some condiments and I was told there wasn't any.

What a dump. My kid got Pinkeye

Pros: It was a good lesson on not being complacent. Moving forward we will just find another hotel than risk this again.
Cons: Total rehaul is needed for this dump.
Location: off I55 but not worth the pinkeye!
the place is definitely not 3 star. Perhaps -3. Even though I was the only one at the counter the front desk clerk found it necessary to finish her personal conversation with the janitor before attending to my check in. But at this point considering how late it was I stuck with it. A decision I would soon regret. the room was musty the Heater smelled foul the bathroom was filthy. the beds were suspect of bed bugs. Half of the lamps did not work and one of the magnetic keys did not work. but again we were so dead tired we turned out the lights and crashed. my little boy got pinkeye as a result of this decision. just gross gross gross. we were so grossed out that we just left to heck with the breakfast out the door and put this bad experience miles behind us.

decent hotel

little outdated and bathroom was not very clean. Elevators sounded horrible we took the stairs to be safe.
