Close to the airport

It stunk like some one smoking in there after the said no one can smoke.. Then house keeping will knock and id u dont answer to them right away then they will open the door right away..The staff were very rude told my wife when she went to get coffee that she had to pay for it and ahe turned around and told the lady excuse me and the staff said i meant it is not freah.. i would not recommend this room to no one not even the the homeless i would recommend it to..

Okay, hotel for the price

The lobby was very nice and so was the staff! The rooms and the hallway areas were not very clean.

Worn Down Dirty Shame

Pros: Employees were friendly, but even that would not warrant another stay from me.
Cons: Cleaning and work ethic are free. Not much effort put into cleaning the room. I understand if you can't afford a makeover, but elbow grease is cheap
Location: Near Graceland and airport. Trust me, you hear EVERY plane, large or small, morning or night.
After check-in, my family proceeded to our room and the keys did not work. Two more attempts to program our key for that room were made by the receptionist before we were given a different room across the hall. Room was not clean to my standards. The bathroom had hair on the counter, on the floor and in the shower, dirty mirrors, soap and toothpaste residue left near the sink from the previous guest. The bedding did appear to be clean, and we checked under mattress for bed bugs and did not find any. Behind the mattresses we did find an empty beer bottle, fleece blanket from previous guest and used Kleenex. It was late at night and we had a long drive, so we decided to crash here regardless and take hot showers. The water was warm and I am hoping the towels were clean. Décor was worn out, mixed matched. You could tell the owners were trying to update, but I don't know that just a layer of paint on the walls would help. Breakfast was very boring. The only hot item was a package of sausage and biscuits that you could microwave. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, or stay here again.

Old hotel

It's a much older hotel than my family and I expected. When we first we first arrived, we thought that it looked quite nice and classic. Yet, once we walked into our room, we were met with a shocking view. The floor was littered with gum and it was sticky. The desk chair had two big holes in the back of It. However, some positive things were that the beds were pretty comfy and the staff were patient and kind. Overall, this hotel while old and a bit unclean, has great hospitality and soft and comfy beds. This hotel is a little bit under average

Not as Advertised.

Pros: Parking was adequate.
Cons: Rooms need to be refurnished and action needs to be taken with regards to the mold in the bathroom
Location: Very dangerous area. Went further out to dine and enjoy the environment.
Hotel room was very dirty, furniture old and stained, and the bathroom toilet clogged up and had to request plunger to use during time spent there. Found mold under sink in bathroom. Very Bad!

Good place for a quick stay

The room was clean but everything was out of order. The phone didn't work. Hair dryer didn't work. Electrical outlets didn't. Good thing we only needed a bed for a few hours before our flight.

Dangerous location, I would not check in,.

This hotel is in a dangerous area with dangerous people everywhere at the hotel. I did not check in, I went to a safer hotel and stayed at the Hampton Inn. You should credit my card for the terrible location.
