above and beyond

The staff went above and beyond the normal. Concierge lounge access a plus always putting our needs first. Great staff!

Just ok for a quick over night

No major problems just a few very irritating little ones. First the lady at the front desk was one of the least personable people I have encountered at my many hotel stays. In my room 2 lamps had non working bulbs. And the plug ins would quit working after about 10 minutes and I'd have to move my phone into another plug in. Needless to say my phone wasn't able to charge therefore not making certain calls I needed. The best part of the experience was the nice young lady working at the bar Saturday night about 10-11 pm. Very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed chatting with her over our coffee

Nice hotel

Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: See above for my comment.
There is a refrigerator in the room but there isn't any access to a microwave. Instead of loaning microwaves to guests (since there are a limited microwaves available); it would be nice if microwaves were located either in the 'convenient store' or in the restaurant area where guest can have access to it. Needless to say, I couldn't heat up my food and my food went to waste. Also, the room was rather small.

The only issue i had was getting my room warm. It was extremly cold the weekend i was there but other than thst the hotel was exceptional

no service

Good overall room, but no one serviced our room during a two night stay. After being gone for 9 hours, had to call for clean towels. Also, air would not get cool enough.

Nothing much offered at this Hotel

The staff was extra friendly, overall the hotel is updated and in excellent condition. There's no free Wifi which is insane I won't be returning I'm going to stick with my Hampton Inn Hotels in the future. Stepped out of my comfort zone to try another Hotel only to go back in. This is a nice Hotel if your willing to pay per day for wifi & breakfast.

This is a nice place. My biggest complaint would be the pillows. They instantly went flat when laid on. Also, we could've used more linens in the bathroom. Very nice property though. The bed was comfortable. The area is nice besides the odd entrance and exit to the hotel. (You would have to see it to understand what I mean.) We got used to it and it wasn't a problem but might be difficult to find if you weren't familiar with the area. We had stayed in the area previously so we knew what to expect. Was disappointed to not have complementary wifi, but I wasn't there long enough for it to make a difference. The area is nice with shopping and easy access to interstate.
