The room was nice and clean. All questions and concerns were addressed accordingly. I would definitely stay again. Beautiful hotel, the lobby was nice, pool was great, and employees were great.

Great Service

Staff at hotel were so kind and friendly - we were greeted with true hospitality and had a wonderful stay. Can't say enough good things about our room and amenities.

Last minute booking, good experience!

Came to Memphis to visit my daughter who is in college there. Made a last minute reservation which doesn't always turn out well. The only down side to this location is it is a bit tricky navigating in and out of the facility.

Great stay!

The staff was excellent and the location to downtown Memphis was perfect. I do believe the room could have been cleaner, my children found an old sock and an opened package of M&M's just under the bed, and the shower curtain needed cleaned/changed because it looked dirty. My children loved the pool area and the bar at the entrance was a plus for us adults. Honestly we will stay there again on our next trip because of the location and the staff were so nice.

Below my expectation of Marriott

A bit disappointed when I got into the room, as found the cups at plastic, there is no water boiler, no slippers, no toothbrush. The worst thing is, there is kind of caramel smell in some of the towels (I don't know where it came from, but not dare to use it). The wifi in room is not free, for US$9/day I rather get a SIM card, the LAN is not working. Anyway the breakfast and dinner I had is ok, but for business trip I won't stay here again as there are other choices near airport, I don't see specific advantage at here with the location quite isolated.

Great welcome upon arrival. Rooms were very updated and comfortable. Minutes away from wining, dining, and shopping. Definitely will be back.

Big room, great view.

We had a great stay. Got a corner room and it was a great size with two walls full of floor to ceiling windows. The staff was fast and friendly. We ordered a room service wake up call and it was right on time with huge portions.

was lied to about free wifi and breakfast

hotel nice but it WAS NOT FREE WIFI nor was there a breakfast included in the price of the room. They will nickel and dime you to death

We went as a couple. I was between this hotel the Hilton across the street. The Marriott had reviews suggesting it was more renovated, and I found that to be true. The room and hotel were clean, and the shower was AWESOME. There was no microwave and only free wifi in the rooms if you are a Marriot Rewards member though :/. However, there was free wifi in the lobby. I didn't have noisey neighbors. Its right on 385 so you can get anywhere in Memphis is like 25 mins max.
