eat elsewhere !

asked for 2 rooms with 2 beds - got 1 bed in both. Wifi was not free Prepaid breakfast was WAY OVERPRICED . a few srips of bacon and ran out of eggs . was told an HOUR before service stopped that because it was almost over, they weren't making more eggs. poor choice for breakfast, will never eat there again

Disappointed that the pool was not available. The fitness center was very nice. Convenient location with nice restaurants in the area accessible by shuttle. Also only 10 to 15 minutes from Beale Street and FedEx forum.

above and beyond

The staff went above and beyond the normal. Concierge lounge access a plus always putting our needs first. Great staff!

The pool was under renovation. Our room smelled like B.O., and our sheets were clean but stained. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean.

Just ok for a quick over night

No major problems just a few very irritating little ones. First the lady at the front desk was one of the least personable people I have encountered at my many hotel stays. In my room 2 lamps had non working bulbs. And the plug ins would quit working after about 10 minutes and I'd have to move my phone into another plug in. Needless to say my phone wasn't able to charge therefore not making certain calls I needed. The best part of the experience was the nice young lady working at the bar Saturday night about 10-11 pm. Very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed chatting with her over our coffee

Our stay at the hotel was great the staff were amazing and very helpful especially the shuttle driver John was great very Curtis and helpful we will definitely stay there again

Nice hotel

Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: See above for my comment.
There is a refrigerator in the room but there isn't any access to a microwave. Instead of loaning microwaves to guests (since there are a limited microwaves available); it would be nice if microwaves were located either in the 'convenient store' or in the restaurant area where guest can have access to it. Needless to say, I couldn't heat up my food and my food went to waste. Also, the room was rather small.
