Great stay, wonderful staff & delicious continental breakfast. Sad the pool/s weren’t open due to repair, but otherwise enjoyed our stay!

Checked in and room was not ready, waited 45 minutes til room was ready. Windows were filthy and could not enjoy the view. Carpet was ripped in a certain area. I don’t think this was 4 star rated hotel.

The property was safe and very inviting. I enjoyed the restaurant, buffet and dining on site. It was conveniently located to the Convention Center. The valet parking was also convenient. Overall excellent place to stay.

Overall a good stay. The rooms were clean and spacious; the staff was friendly and helpful. It’s unfortunate that the workout facilities were closed for construction.

The rooms were filthy and every time the furnace kicked in a horrible musty smell came from the vents. Carpet was filthy and stained.

the restaurant took an hour in half to seat us for dinner. the guy at the front didn’t speak english and looked confused. we finally just ordered a pizza.

The hotel was very nice; but when a truck driver rolls down his window to warn us that the area was not safe, you need to be concerned and watch out.

Very nice hotel. Staff was dependable and safe to walk in the community. Memphis is convenient and in walking distance to a great Fat Tuesday, Aldo pizza and Lenny’s. Insomnia cookie is delicious along with the hooters and wet willes. I did not get to go Escos or Atomic crush but it was a great experience.

The property was upscale, but the room was positively INFESTED with fruit flies! At first it was just a couple, then it got worse and worse. We had to create a water/soap trap for them. And by the time i returned from my night out, they were all over the room and had infested my leftovers. By then it was too much trouble to switch rooms ALSO the valet workers were not helpful and very short with me. They did not explain parking well at all and the hotel refused to let me park my own vehicle and there were no other parking options?? The front desk told me "you can park down the street if you want". Valet was whipping those cars around and being reckless, I did not want them driving my vehicle. I won't be staying here again and I am not happy that it cost me over $200 for this experience.

The dinning staff service in the lobby bar area was extremely slow. Guests were waiting well over 1hr 45 min for their meals to come to the table. Drink service was slow. There was a lot of dust in my room along with some tiny ants. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Maintenance was called to fix it the first night and it stopped working during the night . I was too tired to call front desk again after traveling 5 hr to get there.

It was a nice hotel in Memphis, very large, spacious room, very comfortable bed our maid missed a few things only gave us one big towel, one pot of coffee and no water other than that it was a good Day
