The hotel rooms were filthy. They did not have towels Or clean linens. The hallways were nasty. I never saw house cleaning mop or sweep the hallways. This hotel looks like a horrible slum building. The gnats are extremely bad. The carpet in my room never dried. The area where the hotel was located looks decent, however this hotel needs to be investigated by the state board of health. The staff is extremely rude and will tell anything so they won’t have to do anything. It was one guy that worked there that was nice. The women were rude. I’m definitely considering seeing how I can have the state board of health investigate.DO NOT STAY HERE! Horrible, Horrible Horrible!

Stayed for 5 days and no cleaning service. No clean towels or emptying kitchen garbage. Was given 1 towel per person and one coffee, two sugars and no creamer. No tissues in the holder, a used roll of paper towels and no extra toilet paper. Not a single picture on the wall and the refrigerator made so much noise I couldn’t sleep. The bedroom carpet was wet the full 5 days. Woodwork and bathtub was pretty beat up. I felt like I was staying in the slums. $155.00 per night plus tax. Don’t stay here!

Great place clean on the inside however the parking area and surrounding area was a little dirty. And i had to ask for full s8ze body towels. But the room itself was AWESOME and the location was prime

Front desk very rude! Hotel is at 30m from railway. One train pass during the day and it was extremely noisy. We were lucky didn’t pas during the night. No coffee, no soap no shampoo! You should ask at front desk. Something is wrong with this hotel. Bad choice.

Gnats gnats gnats and more gnats!! The property itself has a very nice structure. The room had a perfect layout but the amount of annoying gnats just about ruined the experience. When I notified front desk they shrugged and stated they were in their room as well. I would stay again once they make updates to the water system.

The staff was very friendly and the place was very clean and had large rooms. But one of the TVs cords was hanging out of the wall when we came in and we weren't able to watch TV from it nor fix the TV because it was bolted to the wall.

My room wasn't ready until an hour after my check-in time. Trash bags lined the hallway for trash pickup, including the trash outside my room from the previous resident. This resulted in gnats inside the room the first night. Our room keys stopped working and had to be reprogrammed twice during our 2 day stay. The front door key card scanner didn't work past a certain time at night and there was no one at the front desk to let us in. We had to walk around the entire property to the back door which was unlocked 24/7. I can appreciate the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to make the best of what they had.
