Had to pay a extra $50 dollars after we already paid for our room. The was no elevator at all. No heat in the room. Will never return

There was a front window/door that has been boarded up right next tot he entrance. The sheets were stained with blood or some other bodily fluid drops. I didn't sleep on the sheet but under the blanket on top of the sheet. The bed spread/covering had two dark red stains that were very obvious and could have been blood. We removed that spread completely off the bed. The bathroom floors were dirty. Dirt caked up in the corners like they floors hadn't been swept or mopped. We didn't feel like the tub was clean enough to use. The towel rack was hanging off the wall on one side like the screw had come loose and fallen out. The toilet seat was not secured. It literally moved each time we sat on it. We were asked if we wanted upstairs or down. I chose upstairs for security reasons but there was no elevator on the premises. We had to come down to the front desk for extra towels.

Convenient location (10 minutes from airport) but not clean. Broken furniture, linen with cigarette burn, coffee maker with a tray that does not fit… I stayed with my reward points so only paid $50, and this place really doesn’t worth to pay more than that.
