Went to check in and was told I have to wait 45 minutes before someone could come and check me in at the hotel. Had to request a refund and wait now for final decision.

There’s no staff after 6pm and they don’t get in until 9. I understand it says that in the fine print but that’s a joke. It’s a hassle to get your room key after hours

We apologize for the any troubles you may have during this process. However, our no-show policies are inline with all OTA guidelines. We are not open 24-hrs, but we do have a safety attendant that handles our after-hour calls. We did the necessary research and have found no fault with our staff. It was an okay stay, nothing is included in stay you are responsible for washing your own towels and bed linen. Staff very friendly and location is safe and secured at all times!

Not worth it
No dishes provided. Had to purchase cookware and each serving of dishes. Cockroaches…. Mold in the bathroom…Door to bathroom was swollen and water damaged. Kitchen vent and microwave filthy. Not wheelchair accessible, no bathroom pull bars

The elevator that is located next to the check-in desk, and subsequently my room, is out of order and had been for over a month, according to the staff. Not suitable for people with mobility issues. The front desk attendant Kim (?) was never at her post and when she was, she was indifferent and unpleasant. I managed to speak with EJ in passing one morning and he approved a room change to a location closer to the elevator. In this room, the tank cover for the toilet was cracked and a piece was broken off, as well as the only sink in the bathroom was clogged and didn’t drain properly. Still, better than the first room, where the toilet lever didn’t flush properly, the plugs under the desk and on one wall didn’t work and there weren’t two trash cans (in with room actually) to dispose of the little trash I had. Overall, the entire stay but a damper on the reason I was even in Memphis and makes me question if I’ll ever return.

I enjoyed this property Very clean and very quiet area! My only complaint is the black tall guy at the front seems a bit rude. After staying week after week I asked for a one day extension due to my direct deposit hasn’t hit and he flat out told me nope Not no ma’am or I’m sorry I wish I could. The lady I talked to said she was sure he’d be okay with it. But the lady that works there was very nice.

Went to check in at 11:30 PM on a Saturday night and the lobby was entirely shut down, with a grate pulled over the desk and not a soul to be found. Called the help line and a very dispassionate and uninterested woman said that the lobby closed at 2 PM. Was unable to even get to the room.

NEED IMPROVEMENT
This is not a place that I will be staying at again, the employees were rude so much walking only one elevator, to much Disturbance by staff on and the day before checkout! I didn’t like my stay here at all! Not to mention me checking in was terrible they close at a certain time, I called ahead of time of me checking in and got misleading information... Smh I don’t look forward to staying here anymore.

After driving 13 hours we arrived at our hotel which was full. There was no staff in sight and the parking lot was completely full. I am not sure if this was equated to rooms but there was a bunch of non key holders being let in. We made the reservation days in advance to find a sign on the closed reception desk to call an extension. We did this multiple times, called the hotel... Nothing... the staff went home as indicated on the sign. But wait, there’s more... Not only did they never indicate at registration all of this ridiculousness, they threw on some fines... I drove another hour to a trusted hotel hotel where there was a staff in the lobby 24hr. The hotel we just stayed at was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The staff was great! Obviously not a review for the unacceptable experience at the one in question. To the one in question, it is dirty, it is in a dilapidated area, next to condemned shops. Others than being upset over not getting a room I reserved, I am almost relieved as this area made me uncomfortable.

The stay was okay for the price. Your not going to get a lot for 35-50 dollar a day anyway. I will say this the word play is serious because a double bed is a full size bed. The young lady at the front was very nice but the light skin one is something serious. Lightskin alright but you can tell she ain't got time for the jokes or nothing. It all about getting you in and out...Anyway back to the room. The room smelled fresh and it was clean. The toilet is a little small but the deep tub makes up for that. Overall go here if you wanna smoke and relax:)
