Firstly, the image of the room was larger online than in person. Secondly, there were roaches crawling on the stove and sink and one was even on the wall near our small bed. Thirdly, after I stated that we should have a refund the service desk assistant manager stated we should have called the front desk, the desk is closed from 10:00 PM until 10:00 AM and when we stated that point she said we should have read the sign posted on the wall to contact a number if the desk was closed. Terrible place and I would tell people to avoid their hotel until they exterminate and provide a better policy for refunds.
