Roach Motel

Firstly, the image of the room was larger online than in person. Secondly, there were roaches crawling on the stove and sink and one was even on the wall near our small bed. Thirdly, after I stated that we should have a refund the service desk assistant manager stated we should have called the front desk, the desk is closed from 10:00 PM until 10:00 AM and when we stated that point she said we should have read the sign posted on the wall to contact a number if the desk was closed. Terrible place and I would tell people to avoid their hotel until they exterminate and provide a better policy for refunds.

The room need to be clean and the towels need to be change often.

Over booked. Did not stay; there were NO ROOMS.

Although Expedia confirmed my booking there were NO ROOMS available.

Nice hotel

The hotel is under new management. This is my 2nd time staying there and they have really improve. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cheap, but clean and quiet!

Cons: More continuous coverage at front desk.
This place is more like a place where people stay for weeks at a time, but I was just looking for a safe place to stay for 3 nights near my dad's retirement community, and the price could not be beat. There is a full kitchen in the room, and it was quiet and convenient for me over the Thanksgiving weekend.
