Worse hotel experience ever

Staff is extremely unprofessional. As the lady at the front desk was checking me in she was talking in her cell phone while it was in speaker. Conversation was about her children wanting to come with her to work and she aaid “hell naw” after that Our first room didnt have any heat. We called downstairs the lady said someone from maintenance would be up. After an hour i called back no answer. I went downstairs and her and another staff member were eating chicken. I said i didnt have any heat she said “oh yeah”

Beautiful place. Needs some repairs in the room we stayed in. But overall, nice!

Good but smelly

The hotel overall isn't bad but It did smell a lot cigarettes in the hallway and I was on the non smoking area. Rooms ok bed ok breakfast good

All was good, no issues with staff or room. The sdhuttleto thed airport was very convenient.

Terrible Experience

Upon arrival the front desk lady had to write my credit card number down on a piece of paper because her System was running slow. She then assigned me to a room and when we went to the room we walked in on other people who were already in that room. I went back to the front desk and she had to personally walk to two other rooms to check to see if other people were in them. How in the world do you know know who is in your Hotel? This place is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
