All was good, no issues with staff or room. The sdhuttleto thed airport was very convenient.

My kids loved the heated pool and we all enjoyed the complimentary breakfast!

Terrible Experience

Upon arrival the front desk lady had to write my credit card number down on a piece of paper because her System was running slow. She then assigned me to a room and when we went to the room we walked in on other people who were already in that room. I went back to the front desk and she had to personally walk to two other rooms to check to see if other people were in them. How in the world do you know know who is in your Hotel? This place is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I am sorry that you had this experience. Out internet provider had the whole area out so our computer system was not working at that time. I am sorry that we made the mistakes and can assure you it will never happen again. I do thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.

Nice hotel. clean easy to access.

Pros: Clean newly upgraded
Location: Easy to access off the freeway
Accommodated our request for a main floor. Great staff.

Nice Hotel close to the Airport

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was nice, friendly, and helpful. It is close enough to the airport to keep me from missing my flight and far enough away from the airport that I don’t hear airplanes flying overhead. Checking in and checking out was quick and without complications. There are a lot of affordable restaurants nearby with a variety of foods on the menu. I give it a 👍👍👍.
