Disgusting 1st room. Smelled so bad we had to be moved immediately. Every twist and turn in the building had strange smells that were being masked. Area around property not a safe area,which isn't obvious since hotels by airports are generally nicer and more secure-ish. Cops were everywhere in the area at night.

Room was clean and lobby is very nice with comfortable seating. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. Easy check in and the young lady at the front desk was kind and helpful. Convenient location and easy access to interstate. Close to all of Memphis’ attractions.

Had to wait 20 minutes at the front desk to check in because nobody was in sight. I called the number, no answer. Finally, a woman came from a room down the hallway and asked if I wanted to check in. She smelled like marijuana as did the whole place. The room was ok, but the customer service and the smell were terrible. Would not recommend.

I would not recommend this place to no one they will find anything wrong they collect $100 deposit for damages and kept mine because I came on my menstrual and my towel was left behind dirty other than that they are so money hungry I was left embarrassed because the maid took photos of my towels she went through and sent them to the manager who should me and consider my towels as property damage I could never recommend this spot to anyone these people are nasty and disgusting

Very easy check in process and clean and comfortable room. Hotel rooms showed slight wear but were clean and I felt safe staying there. Located in an industrial area near the airport, but a quick drive to most anywhere in Memphis.

Breakfast on Saturday morning was poor, limited food and no one to help. Bathrooms need to be checked for leaky faucets and the hair dryer almost caught on fire.

Great customer service, my family of 3 enjoyed our 1 night stay. Room was clean, nice breakfast. I would say get a air freshener for the rooms, they had a stale smell but it didn’t last long.

The front desk woman was distracted by her phone and not welcoming. A partially consumed water bottle and rag were on table top in the room when we entered. The floor tile in the entry of the room was sticky. We went for breakfast at 8:30 and there was no bread, no coffee cups and very little left with no one replenishing the breakfast bar. Worst hotel breakfast we’ve experienced.

Was dissapointed. The toilet was dirty, the bed duvet ripped, the office chair damaged, the place had a very unpleasant odor in rhe halways and room. Definitely not like the standard of the other Comfort inn's that we have stayed in. This hotel is represented by the entire city of Memphis.

This property is in the airport areas and industrial park. The entire parking area is gated which is nice. There was garbage in the parking area. There was a front bumper of a car in the back parking area. The elevators smell like Greece. The breakfast was not that great and they do not refill the food very often. There was not enough food for all of the guests. I would not return to this facility.

Spacious and clean
This is hands down one of our top fav hotels now. It was perfect and spacious for our family! The breakfast was great as well! I felt very safe as they also have a gate that you can park in and only access if you have a room key. The beds were clean and so comfortable! We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Our main reason to stay in Memphis was to visit Graceland. The hotel was a great location for that. Loved the decor. The beds were comfy and the sheets were especially nice. My only complaint was the oily smell of the elevator.

The management was very kind. Our room was clean other than the bathroom floor. We left the heat turned off when we left in the morning (because the room was warm). The maid came in and turned it to 70 degrees! When we returned, the room was like a sauna. It took hours of air conditioning (in December!) before we could even breathe in the room, it was so hot. Breakfast was so-so. It would help if they rotated the type of eggs and breakfast meat so it wasn’t the same every day. The elevator has a strong oil smell. Property around the hotel is a little dodgy. We were glad the parking area was gated.

Hotel and room was very clean. Like the extra measures the hotel put in place to make you feel secure (using your hotel room key to park in the secure gated lot and to enter the building for breakfast in the morning). Room was very spacious. Only issue in the room was the bath tub drain stopper was broken and wouldn't stay up to let the water drain so I just had to sit it to the side in order to use the shower. This hotel was way better than the Holiday Inn Express & Suites I stayed in the night before in Vicksburg. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area. The only recommendation would be to add a few more choices for breakfast (bacon, biscuits & gravy)
