Worst Holiday Inn I ever stayed!

Pros: Unfortunately nothing
Cons: Well, start with a fully functioning bathroom. If it doesn't work, move your guests to a better room. There's no exhaust in the bathroom.
Location: Airport is next door. There's nothing else near by.
I rarely post reviews. This hotel requires one. The only advantage of this hotel is its location - near ariport. The entrance and the lobby looks nice. When you enter the room its humid and sticky, even with air conditioning. There's no fridge where it should be. All they offer is only decaffeinated coffee inside the room. WiFi sucks! The toilet never flush, which I found out in the morning. Went to reception to complain. The lady gave me a key to another room to use the bathroom. Entire family had to go to the other room to use and return the key. She added that when the "engineer' arrives this issue will be sorted out. I wasted my money on this hotel. Never again!

Affordable Place close to airport

Need to be close to airport at an affordable cost, this would be your hotel. Front desk was very helpful and courteous. Room was clean, a/c a little loud but cold. Free Wifi and there was a buffet available in the courtyard for a fee. Windows were high so for short people like me, I couldn't see outside but plenty of light came in so it wasn't dark. The bathroom was really small. Maybe it was only my room and the others are larger, I don't know because I was only there one day so it was fine.

Close to Airport, Friendly Staff

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property needs updating. The fitness facility was under construction, however the hotel offered to take me to another hotel's facility (a nice workaround, but not convenient). The entire hotel (room and common areas) appeared clean, but I just didn't get the feeling that it really was. The airport shuttle should run on a fixed schedule, rather than 'on demand'. Despite all that, I would not keep me from staying there. The staff couldn't have been nicer, and the airport location was great for getting to the terminal quickly (15 minute wait for the shuttle + 10 minute ride to the airport).

Ita not in the best part of town- but the hotel it self is nice. They have a wonderful breakfast buffet and the rooms have been updated.

Good room in a torchered hotel layout.

The room itself was fine and updated. The bed was comfortable. It was also quiet despite being close to a main roads and the airport. At check-in the staff was very friendly and informative. The main draw back of this hotel is its layout. On arrival you can only enter from a second floor vehicle drop-off requiring you to drag your luggage up a driveway ramp from the open parking lot at grade. Once inside you find the actual lobby floor is half a flight of stairs up. To get to it you have to go down a couple hallways off the side to find the elevators which takes you to the 3rd floor. From there you lug your luggage down a ramp half a floor to the lobby level, then across the lobby, just to reach the check-in desk. Once checked in you have to take your luggage back across the lobby and up the same ramp to get to the elevator. The worst layout for a hotel I have ever come across. Its hard to believe someone thought this was a great design for a hotel.

Bad Experience!!!!!!

My room was never cleaned I even spoke with housekeeper. Called for towels never brought to room. Told my bed was a King looked like a full. Told the trip could be switched to cash on the phone got there and they ran my card without my permission.
