The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would help to have a continental breakfast. Hotel cleanliness could be worked on. Nice size fitness room to work out.

Nice hotel in a long trip

Clean nice place to eat and sleep. Was there only one night. Very friendly staff.

Floors outside of rooms were very dirty. Elevators made loud scary noises. A/C unit in room was very loud and hard to get to sleep. Room telephone did not work at all. I will stay somewhere else next time.

Overwhelming Mold and Mildew smell

Our room was open when we got to it (Room 319), and a tool kit and a bottle of cleaning spray was on the floor. The room next to us was also left open. It was under complete construction and all torn apart though. The staff apologized for our room being left open. At first glance it seemed nice and clean. Then we could see all of the wallpaper was peeling off and where they tried to cover it up. There was obvious was damage and the smell of mold and mildew was pretty overwhelming. We went out for the evening so it’s not like we stayed in that stench for the whole time thank goodness. Room 319 is also on the front corner of the building directly in the path of the runway and FedEx runs ALL NIGHT. When I mentioned the state of he room and my husbands asthma they didn’t care. Too bad because it looked nice when you first walked in.

Hotel room

Pros: Lobby area was nice. Hotel was very convenient for airport arrival & departure
Cons: New in-room carpet and to make sure everything in the room works before booking a guest.
The carpeting was not in good condition and the phone did not work. Also sink drained poorly.

great location/proximity to airport

Very pleasant check in experience. Room was very clean and well done. Only problem was the bathtub was a little slow to drain. Otherwise, it’s a really good hotel.

Don't waste your time or money.

This is not the best of hotels. Spend your money elsewhere. Its not the worst of hotels but its not good either. The hotel has a slight musty odor, damp feel. No refrigerator. The rooms are not cleaned thoroughly or properly. The area is sketchy.
