We are sorry about the outdoor hot tub. It is on our website also Expedia that the hot tub has been closed. We do have spa services by appointment but not including room rates.

We are sorry that you were not happy with your stay. You put 2 people on your booking but you had 4 adults, yes we do charge extra adults more than 2 adults also pet fee. The room that you stayed in has clay on the walls because it is better for the environment. Summer weekend room rates are higher even though Motel 6 was charging higher than us. We wish you would mention it when you check in so we could do something about it.

We are sorry you were expecting a better room for 500 for a 2 night stay on Holiday weekend. Most places on Holiday weekend are more than 500 for 2 nights. We do have different types of rooms for a higher rate like Spa rooms. We wish you told us when you were here so we would have a chance to do something about it.

We are sorry that you were not happy with your stay.  Most of the buildings are old on the coast.  In Mendocino County it is very hard to get permit to build new buildings.  Everything is within a 2 miles range from us, less than a mile to the boatyard shopping center and down to the harbor where most of the restraints are. We free upgrade to you new natural form cal-king bed room.  If you did not like the room you should tell us when you check in so we would have a chance to do something about it.  Most of our guests were very happy with their stay and even left a good amount of tips for housekeeping.  We are working hard to make a better place for our guests.

We are sorry that you were not happy with your stay. Looks like you had a king bed room with a full kitchen and fireplace. You must stay on May 14th Saturday because the event rate was higher than Sunday. Also, if you had a pet with you there was a pet fee and room tax with room rate. We have different types of rooms for different rates. If it was shown next night at half the price it's always the basic queen bed which starts the rowers rate, not the king room that you stayed in. We are sure that you have checked around the price for the room before you book with us. If you did not like the room or price you paid you should bring it to our attention when you check in so we could have a chance to do something about it.

Check-in starts 4:00pm, checked in 2:30pm the basic king room they booked was not ready, free upgrade to Cal-king with new mattress. They did not want to stay, they were told ocean view with Cal-king bed room when they book. We do not advertise ocean view rooms and Cal-king bed room. 72 hour cancellation hotel policy.

Thanks for your stay with us. You told me that you had very nice stay and everything was good. For your information next door is construction company but they do not do any construction work on the property.

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with your stay.  We wish you would tell us after you check in if you did not like the room so we would have a chance to take care of the issues that you have mentioned.  Shower head is a stander we did not low down. Coffee maker is 1 cup maker. If you drink more than 1 cup for a person we would be more than happy to give you a 4 cup coffee maker.  Room rates are higher for Holiday weekends even Motel 6 was over $200 per night plus tax. We will look into issues that you have mentioned.
