Pros: breakfast in the morning was good
Cons: the4 bed and size of room
Location: great location for sure
Vey rustic. The heating was not very efficient. There was no real jacuzzi tub, the room was small, the beds were not queen size at all!

I thought i was getting a no smoking room, but it reeked of cigarette smoke! Had to leave windows open to air out. I think the only thing remodeled was the paint. Not clean at all. They fixed the bed and dumped the garbage, but did not change towels. We finally had to ask for some new ones. The bed was uncomfortable and the continental breakfast was sad! I would have been embarrassed to set that stuff out. week old apples that were rotting and who knew how long the donuts were around. was not worth the money!!

one inch gap under front door

lots of noise, front door had 1 inch gap had to use the comforter off of the bed to block cold breeze comming in of of the ocean. Bathroom is incredibly small toilet is very small also. Will not stay here again.

Skip this place you will be disappointed....Not sure how they get away with changing a price once you arrive. If another hotel had vacancy I would have left in a second. Rooms were old, not updated. Would have rather slept in my car.

hotel and room good, clean, but not as near to water as expected. Hotel's hot tub OUT of ORDER. At least parking was free.

Ebb Means Low

To begin with, the desk clerk argued about the low Expedia price. It only got worse from there as we walked halls and staircases that had paint chipping and concrete cracking. There were a few cars, but they were very run-down and appeared to belong to people who lived in the downstairs (who seemed to be drunkards). After taking a few steps into the room, we agreed that it was worth losing our money to just go stay somewhere else. I did not even want to deal with the front desk clerk again. We went to stay at the Quality in one block down!!! When we returned in the morning to return the room key, the same crappy cars were in the parking lot. No on had even stayed there!!!
