Located at a not so busy area but close to downtown Fort Bragg. Close to shops and restaurants. Room is clean and bed so comfortable. Staff is so nice and very knowledgeable about the area..very nice and helpful. It is a small hotel that made you feel like you get personal attention. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Fort Bragg..such a lovely beach town.

First of all, we did not expect this property to be directly across or next to a cemetery. Can you imagine how shock the kids were to find out for themselves. The outside looks nice though but the rooms are a bit old. The bathrooms especially the shower is new though. The receptionist seems unfriendly. Seems bothered during check in and when we requested for towel exchange. Location is pretty decent (except for the cemetery across), close to most things you can do in Fort Bragg.

Nice hotel with clean rooms, but very poor soundproofing. You will hear what your neighbors are talking about, how loud people are walking on the second floor, and if your small children are noisy, your neighbors will definitely come to you to reprimand you.

Although cozy and conveniently situated across from the beach, the rooms had a lingering odor and outdated decor. However, they were impeccably clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Despite its quirks, I appreciated its unique character. Nonetheless, due to the unpleasant smell, I wouldn't choose to return

Ambivalent staff @ check-in & lacked manners. Very clean room & quiet throughout the night. Glass Beach is within walking distance. No complimentary breakfast but Denny’s is right down the street. Overall a good stay.

There are individual buildings with like 5 rooms in each. Your key card gets you in the main door and then you may have to go upstairs to get to your room. Kind of felt like a house so the name makes sense. Not sure if there was more than coffee in the office in the morning, it didn't open til 8 so I was up and out before then. Shower was great! Room was large. All in all a good stay.

We got there at 3:15pm check in supposed to be a 3pm. Our room wasn't ready, we had to leave and come back finally got into our room around 4:30. The room was nice, just your average hotel room, the view was nice, watching the sun come up in the morning was cool. there were ants in the bathroom and around the microwave.

Nice balcony overlooking estuary and waterfowl. Convenient location at north end of town with easy drive to restaurants and downtown core. Excellent room. Parking is a bit cramped on the narrow lot, but adequate.

I was honestly disappointed with the Beach House Inn. We stayed 1 night. For the price, the cleanliness wasn't what I expected at all. There was black mold in the shower grout, coffee marks & makeup marks on the bathroom counter which meant the counter obviously hadn't been wiped/cleaned appropriately, & under the sheets on the beds there was a ton of black/brown-ish speckles & chunks! No idea what they were, but I hope to god they werent bed bugs! The internet kept going out for a couple hours at a time on all our devices in our room. The front desk staff (as polite as they were!) said they "haven't had any problems", but also have no access to reset the router for their guests, which boggled my mind! One more thing to mention: there is a significantly big gap under the entrance door to your room - with the fact your door is facing an indoor hallway that you share with 4 other rooms, don't expect a lot of privacy from noise. The door also doesn't have a secondary lock for security. The patio slider door also doesn't have a wedge lock if you open the door at night for a little breeze (on top of having no AC or fan in the room, especially on Summer nights!!). The screen slider door had no lock whatsoever. Overall, I'd try my luck elsewhere, especially if staying more than 1 night!
