Esplendor is located in the Arena Maipu a casino leisure complex some half an hour from Mendoza. As such it is blessed with amenities but not in the heart of the city. Nonetheless location is good for wineries. The hotel is well looked after and run by excellent attentive staff. It was a pleasure being there and we will certainly stay there again.

Falta manutenção e limpeza. Os quartos nada tem a ver com as fotos do expedia. As fotos são de suites e não tem o mesmo espaço e decoração. O preço chega perto de um 5 estrelas, mas o hotel é um 3 estrelas com muito boa vontade

Excellent stay at Excellent hotel
I love the facilities both for leisure,fitness and dining options at this hotel. The onsite amenities are excellent. The staff and management are excellent. There is lots to do nearby and it is so easy to go to Maipu or to Mendoza and steep yourself in this wine region. The bedrooms are excellent the ones facing the mountains have awsome views. I would sugguest booking one of the larger rooms on offer as they are excellent value. Also treat yourself to a massage or one of the treatments on offer at the spa they are fantastic. Overall a great hotel with lots to offer I will be back

I stayed here for 2 days a week ago. I travel a lot and this hotel doesn’t have the amenities to be a 5 stars hotel, the personnel is not very efficient either.

A deep clean
Hotel is clearly understaffed, serious lack of cleaners room was the worst ever stayed in even after moving rooms from being next to the AC unit for the whole Casino. VIP suite only room to stay in but suite and hotel seriously needs a deep clean. Great location for wine region, casino was fine but needs a scrub and updating asap.

Stayed a few days to enjoy pools and relax and use the casino. Outdoor pool is nice but freezing cold as not heated. General standard of cleaning is poor. Curtains in room not wide enough to cover windows so had a neon light in my room all night. Mixed helpfulness of staff, some nice others arrogant and unhelpful.

Great hotel, nice decoration and clean and spacious rooms. very comfortable. Check-in staff super friendly. Delicious and varied breakfast. The parking is included in the lower floor, makes it very easy to access the hotel. The air conditioning in the room made noises, not loud but annoying. A little further from the city centre.

Underwhelming...
Ok hotel that looks nice but is lacking in some areas. Room smelt of smoke. Reception did offer to switch our rooms but the other one wasn’t much better. Bed was comfy and can’t complain about the amenities. Was very underwhelmed by breakfast: just a limited amount of meats, cheese and bread with some standard teas, juices, fruits and cereal. Nothing cooked and nothing particularly tempting. We had a free drink as part of our stay but as the hotel didn’t have a bar we were just told to get something from the Luke warm minibar. It’s ok, but underwhelming.

Nice hotel next to restaurants and supermarket.
Great hotel in maipu, perfect for visiting the wineries. Nice comfortable bed, large clean room. Nice and cheap restaurant within the complex called Churrasquito. Would recommend!

Another great stay
Another great stay we love the swimming pools (both) and the spa team are excellent. Our room was spacious and the view stunning. We love the location for visiting Mendoza City and Maipo. There are parks around for walking and exercise. There are Cinemas,supermarkets.and restraunts and a casino in the complex. The service and the staff are outstanding in the hotel. I had two massages at the spa wonderful. This hotel suits all our needs we will be back.

Front desk staff is great, but the rooms are a bit rundown. Drapes were falling off curtain tracks in my room, and my friend was in a suite with no sofa in the living room (just a coffee table and two ottomans). Breakfast is not as good as it once was...they no longer serve hot options like bacon and eggs.

Nice hotel but the rooms were dim no matter how many lights were turned on. Buffet was good, great coffee, has a club, casino, a few restaurants on site.

For business it is a good place to stay, a little out of the way but for Mendoza in the top 5 that i am aware of. Room was clean, modern and everything work as it should. Price was fair.

The hotel is not central to either Mendoza or Maipu but it is on the bus route to both and the busses are really easy to use. The hotel is very modern the thing we loved is it had both an outdoor and fantastic indoor swimming pool with Sauna etc. I Had two spa treatments at the spa excellent and fantastic value. We were upgraded and given a fruit basket and a nice bottle of wine as we were silver members with Hotels.com who were running a special promo at this property (fantastic). The room we were upgraded to had views of the mountains the view was spectacular. The rooms were spacious but lacked good seating. The breakfast was fine. There were three dining options at the hotel we used two Moztasa and the pizza rest. great value and tasty.All in all a great stay.

The area were the hotel is located is kind of away from the downtown area, and there’s no much to do besides the couple restaurants, movie theater and casino located within the bueilding. If you are looking to go to wineries this is your perfect location, is closer to the wineries and easier to get.

I stayed 5 days and everyday was consistent. Friendly staff, excellent service, extremely respectful, clean, modern and an incredible indoor pool & spa. A very tranquil place to be.

First class hotel, price is awesome . extremely clean and a professional safe environment. 4 restaurants to choose from , they are all good , and very reasonable. Beautiful pool , facility is kept immaculate.

Hotel staff is very nice but they do not deal well with an Expedia reservation...they did not offer any upgrade when they should!!!

The rooms are modern but somewhat cheap. The bed was not done one of the nights in our room and towels were not replaced in our kids’ room. When we told the front desk the reaction was not to apologize but to argue that their records showed the room and towels were done. Truly odd. Overall not too pleased.

Hotel in Maipú
The lobby and surrounding areas are nice. Had a bad experience in their Peruvian Restaurant. The restaurant was empty at 8:30 PM, they brought me the menu and never heard from them back ever, even after waiting 40 minutes. Not even water. Maybe that's why is usually empty. The other restaurants close to the lobby like Churrasquito is a good bet. Maybe go to Mendoza town for better restaurants. Breakfast is ok, but not that good. I think the location is good, but maybe is better to stay in Mendoza town.

Casino hotel near wine areas of Mendoza
Modern hotel large room, very comfortable good bathroom, need a vehicle free parking, well positioned to visit vineyards, outside Mendoza city. Sited in a complex containing a sports arena, casino, cinema, a restaurant, pizza cafe and coffee bar, little local character but very convenient.

Neighborhood Noise Intolerable
Really a pity. Gorgeous hotel, super-nice people, delicious food, great service. And, across the boulevard from them is an area where the local youth likes to congregate in their cars with huge stereos and blast music at top volume from 11:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. Boom, boom, boom -- all night long! Completely intolerable. The folks at the desk called the police who cleared the group out -- and then they were back at it an hour later. This happened a couple of times, so the hotel seems to have no control over the situation. I suppose it could be a little less bad if one were at the other end of the building and with a view of not much; but in our suite with a fabulous view of the Andes mountain range, one simply couldn't sleep. Again, really a pity, since we loved everything else about the place, including it's proximal location to the city of Mendoza and the wine regions of Maipu and Lujan de Cuyo (and about an hour from the Valle de Uco). I hope they work with the local authorities to solve their problem...

It's in between Mendoza city and the wine growing areas, but not much within walking distance. The hotel is new and well appointed. Customer service is average, but mostly helpful. The breakfast was quite varied if not awesome quality.

Beautiful new hotel set in a mall with easy access to good restaurants within the mall. Only criticism is expected better quality sheets a towels expected. Breakfast was good and great spa and gym.
