"We only stayed one evening as the bed was broken, soap dispenser was broken, toilet paper holder was broken and freezer in fridge was filled with ice and not able to be used until defrosted. Contacted property and they offered to move us to a new room. Checked new room and bed was also broken in there. Advised them it is not safe to stay on their property and they offered us our original room back which made us leave and not come back. They did not offer a refund of any kind, only to move to another property they owned. Because our safety and security is our most important asset, we felt we could no longer safely stay on their property. We lost out on three days in Chattanooga because of the poor conditions. Also, Rooms are way to close to highway so all you hear all night is vehicle noise. Pictures and descriptions are very misleading."

"If Very friendly Morning Staff and cleaning crew are super nice (night shift receptionist is not approachable/helpful), clean breakfast and welcome area, clean room,(pool looks dirty though) walking distance to fast food is a plus specially when traveling with children"

"Very convenient location right off of highway and away from the crowds. We stayed during the week so it was very quiet with a nice view of the mountains from the parking lot. Beds were comfy but that bathroom was crazy tiny lol. Good stay for the price. "

"Hair was everywhere towels, bedding, bathroom. Remote control was sticky. The lobby and elevator stunk like ramen noodles. Staff members were rude and stared at you when they weren’t at the desk helping you. Wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here. "
