“Great location for our super short, no frills stay. Tiny place, but was perfect for us and our 2 tiny dogs for our 1 day trip to see Lookout Mountain. The hot tub was hot and my husband really enjoyed it. Communication with the host and check in/out was easy. You should know that the train tracks ran right by with trains running until late. Not a terrible thing, but something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper. ”

“The smell of the cleaning chemicals is so strong it hits you soon as you walk in the lobby. It was like they were trying to mask smells with using so much. The bedding smell was so strong I had a hard time sleeping. I also had an allergic reaction to the cleaning chemicals. Also, the shower curtain was too long and looked moldy on the bottom. "The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The front desk was very friendly."
