"Our hotel was changed to the Alua Soul and we were given suites. The holiday was a birthday present to my Father and we were all blown away by the accommodation so thank you very much. All the staff were amazing especially the reception staff for booking taxis and helping my dad after he had too much wine and locked himself out of the safe. "Nice large clean rooms with everything you need , drinks and food available all day , all staff very friendly and helpful and love a joke , very very very very cheap bus to Ciutadella at €2 each takes around 20 mins from the sol Falcó , alternatively you can try the coastal path very rough in places takes a few hours with libation stops "

"It was a pleasant enough experience but learning on arrival one had to pay for loungers by the pool or be crammed into the adults only section was sad. It felt like a meat market of loungers lined up or €10 or more for a sunlounger by the pool. This should chage. The coffee at breakfast was just a long sweaty queue. Unpleasant.
