Cambio a apartamento.
Buena, lo único que nos sorprendió es que el complejo están parcialmente cerrado. Nos alojaron en un apartamento en vez de la habitación de hotel que teníamos contratado. El apartamento aunque más amplio estaba un poco viejo, desconchado en el suelo y la cocina tenía sus años. El baño sí que parecía reformado. En la foto las habitaciones del hotel parecían bastante más nuevas. Sólo había una piscina abierta y 1 restaurante . Creo que deberían informar de ello antes de la compra. Aunque también he de decir que el desayuno seguía siendo muy bueno y la piscina al final fue suficiente. En ningún momento hubo agobio por tumbonas o ocupación y podías bañarte cuando quisieras. La experiencia como dije fue muy buena.

Nice clean property, Main restaurant very good , however being the end of the season the Picco and Grill restaurants were of a very poor standard and with several dishes out of stock.

Extremely professional in all categories I experienced. Fabulous breakfast with freshly cooked produce if requested from smoothies to traditional bacon and eggs although your expectations of a sausage would suggest you decline unless processed is your preference. Rooms maintained to a high standard providing those little touches of sewing kit,shower gels toothpaste with brush... do I need to continue !! A choice of eateries suggest if you have a preference make a reservation. Easy access to the little beach otherwise for city exploring catch the local bus number 65 runs every 15 mins’ into Ciutadella for 1.50 Euros single journey. The purchase of the return ticket can be bought at the ticket office near the bus stand. Be aware of the opening and closing times of the shops.Ciutadella a fabulous historical architectural town full of ambiance a photographers challenge. Mingled in between narrow streets and hidden churches not to mention the famous cathedral oldest building to date. Traditional cheeses and Gin amongst other typical products found in specialised shops. Finally I would recommend read your hotel description fully provided with illustrations. The location was of a refreshing experience to sleep and wake up without sounds of a discomforting nature. For entertainment in the evening I didn’t experience any would recommend hire a car more flexibility. Located aross from the hotel a supermarket varied typical produce. It’s worth the experience I throughly enjoyed it

A high quality property quality
Lovely resort with a beautiful lobby, excellent service, and surprisingly good food (we did half board). Parking is a free for all on the street so we had to walk about a quarter mile, and the beaches are small nearby and lovely. Highly recommend.

It is unspoilt, perfect location ,right on small beach, hardly any english people lol . a short walk or 5 minute bus/taxi ride in main town, stunning, loads of restaurants bars cafes, great harbour. Pedrin gallery in town a must see, we have bought some great things there. Hotel is so friendly and cannot help you enough. Its very grown up and just a super relaxing place. Night time entertainment is about an hour from 9pm. Just enough, very low key. we have been here 5 times

In general the property was lovely. The gym and pool were great. Very close to the beaches were beautiful. They had a water filter in the gym and it was shame that they didn't have one in the lobby. They only ever had 2 staff at the lobby which was time consuming during check out times. One of the staff members at the lobby was not very friendly which was such a shame.

Lovely family friendly location
Lovely pools and right at the beach. Children’s pool suits over 2’s better as it doesn’t have a gradient just about knee height. Location quiet and perfect for what we wanted. You can swim off rocks 1 min from hotel or short walk to beaches.

Would rebook - we loved the hotel.
Big pools. Loads of loungers. Apartment perfect to house a couple and a baby. Stylish restaurants. Next to a favourite local restaurant. Clean. Fresh. Kid friendly. Good people staying there. 5* breakfast. Only complaint would be some moody service at the Picco restaurant.

Having to walk around the edge of swimming pools to get to stairs leading to bedroom. No hangers in bathroom Should have bottled water in room on arrival. No English tv channels as advertised Staff in the restaurant at breakfast not very friendly or helpful child at table next to us vomited took 5 minutes before someone came to clean it up and no offer to help us move to another table.

Reception area a bit dull looking. Would benefit from a splash of colour. Bedrooms OK. Bathrooms a bit on the small side. Main Pool area very attractive with a small section for children. smaller, shallower pool with kiddie slides in another area. Staff very nice and helpful. Good selection of food in the restaurant. Small supermarket opposite hotel. Very short walk to bus stop. Room tax is payable on check in and a deposit taken for beach towels. The in-room safes are chargeable! Pool is unheated so can be very, very cold during June. Bar is outside of the main building in an open area. It can be chilly sitting there at night. In June little or no programme of activities for adults, ie aqua aerobics doesn’t begin until the pool warms up in July! The hotel is very child friendly with activities during the day and evening. The main downside to the hotel is that although it is in a nice area there is nothing to do nearby. There is only one bar, restaurant and gift shop about ten minutes walk away. The bus into Ciutadella town runs half hourly and costs €1.50. It takes about 10 minutes. There is a market there on Fridays. From there you can catch busses to other areas. From the bus stop near the hotel you can catch a bus to Cal'n Bosh which has a lively shops and restaurants area around the small marina.

The location is perfect, the staff are fantastic, nice, cheerful, supportive, the room was clean, the food and restaurant was the best, the swimming pool is perfect, everything really was the best of the best and love to go back again.

The pool is lovely; clean and deep. Shade over the sunbeds for when it's too hot. Room clean with excellent air conditioning Signposted well for drivers Excellent choice at breakfast Meals out seemed quite expensive and evening meals served from 8pm onwards; bit of a surprise when we wanted to eat earlier and couldn't!

Amazing stay

Perfect hotel in quiet location
Lovely hotel in beautiful location near a small cove and beach. Spotlessly clean with very friendly staff many of whom remembered your name. Very reasonably priced for drinks and snacks but there is a small well stocked supermarket across the road if you wanted to use that. Buffet has great selection of all kinds of fresh choices. Pico restaurant very disappointing, would give it a miss but Grill restaurant has excellent food but slow service when busy. Will definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

Perfect hotel for family stay!
Beautiful hotel, good food and baby friendly with plenty of high chairs when needed, 2 nice swimming pools which were never too busy and close to beaches as well. Located near Ciutadella it was the perfect hotel for pur first trip with pur baby girl. Staff very friendly

Value for money hotel. Great choice of food. Breakfast variety was excellent. Staff are helpful and friendly. There is a mini supermarket opposite which is very handy for buying bits and pieces including water. Housekeeping was good. WiFi was weak. The washroom can do with more towel holders. Excellent hotel for the price. I also booked all excursions through the hotel. Would recommend this hotel for all.

Lovely hotel great location near Beach
Start to finish enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Friendly staff, good breakfast/food. Good entertainment in the evening. Very pleasant hotel. Near to beach and restaurant in the cave. Regular buses to cuitadella and recommend visiting cala en bosh. Supermarket next to hotel.

This is a large complex of rooms and apartments situated in the quiet area of Sa Caleta about 6mins drive from the town of Ciutedella on the south of Menorca. The grounds which are immaculately kept sloop down towards a bay area which can be viewed from the terrace area of the main restaurant. The hotel offers a fab pool area which during my stay was rarely full with a bar/food area literally next room. The menu in the restaurant is continental and served in a buffet for breakfast and evening meals - don't look for the full British breakfast its not there well, as we know it! The bar offers a more American diner feel with burgers being a specialty; prices are reasonable and the portions very generous; there is also tapas bar. The quality of the food is good and who ever the pastry chef is should get a bonus. Rooms were comfortable and good size. The hotel offers a good range of events for both children and adults with evening entertainment each day. The best part of the whole hotel experience is the staff - from arriving to the restaurant brigade, the bar team to the pool maintenance guy to the lovely ladies who cleaned rooms they were genuine in their smile, attentive in their service and nothing was too much to ask for.

This is a production line hotel
This is a production line hotel that does most things right. Breakfast is good but straight out of Butlin's. Most of the staff are great, though some of them look weary because of working long hours. Spotlessly clean. Evening meal OK, but probably better to book B&B and go out locally or into Cuitadella for at least a few evenings. Your call. Don't worry about 'evening entertainment' if this isn't your bag. It is variable....and shuts down well before 23:00. Overall a good experience. Our room booking was wrong when we arrived. All sorted with a smile. Not on the beach and no view, but the excellent beach is 5 mins walk away. If you are hanging around waiting to go home sitting sweating by the pool waiting for the bus to take you to the airport after the 12:00 room chuck-out, ask about the brilliant showers under block 6. This info isn't volunteered by the hotel. Overall...go for it.
