“We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. ”

“room was tiny and had hairs when we checked in. aside from that, it was fine until on our second morning we had bed bugs. immediately left and had to go back and forth to finally get a full refund. didn't appear that this was the first occurrence in this property. also a pretty pricey stay for a place to have bed bugs but the location was good. everything was decent, and would have been like a 5/5 without bed bugs lol”

“It was a good place for somewhere to just sleep and go! There was four of us there and we managed well! Sofia was delightful and made the trip worth it with her suggestions and advice for the area”

“When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. ”
