We got this hotel because it had a hot tub and pool and they were so dirty both nights we were there.

We have had a lot of rain and wind over the last few weeks and we do our best to tend to the pool area. If the weather is too bad we keep it closed until we can safely clean. We apologize you had a less then pleasant with us.

The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was clean, but I wish the washer and dryer in the laundry room were better maintained.

All the staff that I ran into were pleasant. I’m assuming the room I was in had not been occupied in a while because of the spiderwebs in the corners of the room I noticed and coffee pot full of dust in the inside Other than the webs and dust, the room and hotel were clean.

There was water leaking somewhere in the bathroom. There was something that looked like mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

All systems go!
The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was great, the fruit was really fresh and tasty. The staff went way out of their way to ensure our comfort. Check out the Castle Air Museum in Atwater if you have a chance.

Pillows were flat, Ant problem in the restroom, Elevator on the 3rd floor was not working had to take down our bags in the stairway.. No water next to coffee machine.

Great long stay hotel
The room was clean, staff was friendly, check in was easy. The parking lot was well lit, breakfast in the morning was good witha variety of options. The beds were great. We stayed for 5 days, 4 nights. 100% will stay here again

Room 330 was very loud all night. Window was shut but traffic noise loud. No excuse to use cheap glass in a newer hotel by freeway and busy area.
