ISSUES WITH SERVICE

1) Problems began with my first attempt to check-in at a few minutes after 12:00 noon...the desk clerk wanted to charge me $20 for early arrival, but I declined and came back at 3:00 pm. 2) Then I discovered that the courtesy Lobby area computer was inoperative, and the clerk said that it had been down for a few days. Three days later the computer was STILL down and I was forced to find a public library to borrow a computer to check-in for my flight. 3) A hot breakfast was included in my room rate...but on the second day (12/14), the omelet cook was in a back room when I greeted her, so I waited by her station for 10 minutes...then she came out of her back room and told me and others that she would return to cook in another 10 minutes, so I left. On the third morning, I greeted the cook in her back room and again waited at her omelet station maybe 3 minutes before I left to walk to the Whataburger across the parking lot for breakfast. That cook had her priorities all wrong, and I suspect that she thought that since breakfast was comped then I, and other guests, should not mind waiting excessively for it.
