The staff's were really friendly and accomodating and the free breakfast was enough. The pool maintenance could've been better.

The rooms were had a humidity smell I came to their location on a rental vehicle and they had full knowledge that my vehicle I had forgotten to turn off the head lights jet they gave me a creepy call from the front desk about the filling of the tub but no courtesy call in reference to my car in the morning no battery and not even an apology. When you come in to the hotel lobby at night the place is dark and they have purposely cut off the lights giving a ambience of sketchy no safe environment.

Dear Karen, we are sorry that your stay has not been to your liking, the lights of your car were reported to your room by means of a printed paper under your door because you did not answer the phone due to the state you were in and perhaps that is why he saw the dark lobby, which is not the case, in fact these pandemic we have tried to give more light, to increase the feeling of cleanliness which meets all the established requirements, we reiterate our apologies for trying to do your stay better.

Rather disappointed. Room : Roomy but very basic. King size bed was uncomfortably hard. and pillows too soft. No blanket, just the bed cover. No side lamps for reading, only ceiling lights. A small lamp was provided on request. Amenities : No toiletries to speak off, no coffee pot, no refrigerator, only 2 towels, no wash cloth, no glass to brush teeth. Shower's hot water lasts about 1 1/2 minutes. (Need to soap, turn it off, and quickly rinse !) Small safe was provided on request. Hotel itself : location far from downtown, (about 1/2 hr),hard to find, at least at first. I would suggest to send foreign guests prior to arrival a map to explain how to get there from the airport. A plus is that it's easy access to Progreso, the beach town north of Merida. There's nothing within walking distance. No restaurant or shops, just a XOXO. Hotel itself and the restaurant were clean. Parking in front. Small shopping center is to be found about 3-4 km from the hotel. Restaurant : Decent food from breakfast to dinner at decent prices. Free breakfast : again, extremely basic. Corn flakes, donut style pastries, coffee and a couple of fruit choices. Pool : nice, clean, lounge chairs available & a couple hammocks under the eave. A plus, NO music. Nice and quiet. Cleaning service : Again, VERY basic...and only if you ask... With this review i tried to be fair, and point out the and - of the hotel according to my experience.

This is a very lovely hotel! I wasn’t sure about it since it’s not a hotel brand I recognize but I read the reviews and decided to go for it. Very glad we did. We liked it enough to extend our stay by a night. The room was very large, had a very nice balcony and a huge bathroom (with large tub). The beds were nice and comfy. The air conditioner worked very well and the pool area was beautiful! The only downside was the continental breakfast. It was just an assortment of breads, apples, two kinds of cereal, juice, milk and coffee. It was fine though. They have a restaurant that you can order other breakfast items from to supplement if you choose. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay!! Oh and both Uber and Uber Eats service this area so that was an added convenience.

You cant beat the price fot what you get! Only one lady in the front desk with glasses is rude the rest are nice. Breakfast is not continental but good for the price. We had 2 king beds and it was close to the cenote and progresso beach driving of course. 20min drive to the city center. Strongly reccomend Los Bennes restaurant almost next door, breakfast is to die for, everything is fresh.

Stayed with family. Location is very good 20 min from Merida Center as well as from Progreso beach. Room did not have the fridge. Rooms are big and clean. Overall happy with the stay, will consider again in future.

Merida'a best secret hotel.
It's on the edge of the Periférico, which surround the Merida City. To the north you get to Progreso Beach, downtown Merida to the south. Cancun, ChiChenItza following the signals. The hotel is very clean, very attentive personnel, simple but good courtesy b-fast. A small cute pool and hammocks area. The rooms are ample, well lighted, very clean and energy efficient. We asked for bar stuff but we didn't try their food. Uber takes you anywhere and it's a known place for them to bring you back here. I am planning to stay here every time I come to Merida, no doubts!!

Good value
This is a good value, very basic but not lacking anything, the beds are kind of hard which is typical for Mexico, but a very nice place. Limited free breakfast. Big rooms and relatively easy access to the city by car

Very helpful
The staff were great. Hotels.com tried to bill us triple the price 180US instead of 53US saying it was for the third person in the room and being billed by the hotel. The concierge called for us because we could not get through on the "1-800" number and were very clear with the company that there was no such policy. Had I waited to get home to put in my complaint, it would have been very hard for me to argue without a lot of trouble and international email/ phone calls .

The worst experience ever with this hotel. Booked a package deal and weren't able to get there, so asked for a refund to use another time and they said no. Even though it stated that you can cancel 24 hours prior with no penalties, they did not do so. I do not recommend this place for lack of effort and going back on their word.

Nice facility, close to a main highway around the city. It could do with a better menu in the restaurant. Cleanliness was good but a few items were missing. like a note pad and pen/pencil. Breakfast staff were courteous. This was our 3rd time there and would stay again.

Convenient Hotel for Excursions
Good location for out-of-Merida excursions because it is easy to connect with the Periferico and go in any direction to Uxmal, Chichen-Itza, Progresso, or Celestun. Getting downtown to Merida can be a little confusing unless you have a detailed map.

Was OK, but will not stay there again. Asked twice for help with the in room safe and no one ever showed. They have NO wash cloths or hand towels in the bath -- but the hot water is plentiful -- in fact even if you turn on the cold you get hot. Located on a major road - noisy and no place to take a walk.

highway hotel
Despite the cleanliness and pleasantness of the staff, the hotel is located under a highway overpass way out of the center of MEriida and it was very very hard to get transportation from the hotel. I wound up hitching a ride on a truck one day, taxis were called and did not show up, I had to cross the highway to flag down busses. It was very frustrating. We were near to interesting sites but I could not there.
