very good quality, very reasonable price

I only needed a hotel for one night and decided to stay at this hotel based on the price (significantly lower than the other available places with similar ratings). I really only used the room to sleep, shower, and watch a little tv but i was very pleased with it. There was a full kitchenette and the bathroom was quite spacious. The air conditioning was quiet and ran all night, which was great (i like to sleep in fairly cold temperatures, other hotel air conditioning can be very loud and obnoxious and tend to shut off and on every 20 minutes, very annoying). Best of all, the bed was extremely comiforable. Usually i get a decent night’s sleep in hotel beds but this one was far better than others i’ve slept in. Also, check in and check out were both very quick and easy, and the staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Simple basic comfort with kitchenette and continental breakfast included, makes for a very good value. Accommodating staff. However thin ceiling a bit annoying.

My wife and I stayed for one week due to our house not being ready for is. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful

Decent hotel. Wish staff was a little more welcoming. Beds were not the comfiest

Great accommodations for the price

Cons: new shower curtain possible new chair some cosmetics of the ceiling
Overall, this hotel was great! I rented a Queen Suite, with which I was happily surprised. The bed and pillows were comfy! I appreciated the decor as well. The leather chair was cracking and the shower curtain was ripping, but beyond that everything else was great in the room! Staff was very friendly upon check-in and check-out. Breakfast had a good amount of options!

Nice hotel in a quiet peaceful environment.

Though it was kind of expensive getting a cab to the suite from New Haven, yet my experience at the suite was like a home away from home. I loved the gym. Breakfast could be made a little bit richer. Overall i ENJOYED MY STAY.

Ripped up furniture

Pros: RATE
Cons: Better train front lobby personnel
Ripped up leather chair material, closet door would not stay locked. Front lobby person was not experience enough to handle multiple guest checking in.

Get what you pay for

This is a surprisingly roomy hotel room for what we paid, but the rest of the experience was subpar. The hotel has a weird smell in the hallways. The room had a musty smell. The sheets were frayed, small pillows and the bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom wasn’t clean and the sink seemed to drip intermittently. The complimentary breakfast was very limited- waffles, cereal, biscuits and gravy and eggs. The juice machine had a handwritten out of order sign on it. The elevator had scratches on the glass indicating the floor. It’s not a terrible hotel, I’ve stayed in worse. It’s decent for one night if you’re passing through.
