Very nice room

Even though the hotel restaurant was being redone we had great coffee in the lobby and a good btreafast nearby.

A little disappointed

Wasn't as nice as most Hampton Inns. One elevator broken. Other elevator seemed dated and somewhat dirty.Had to go to Hilton garden inn next door for our breakfast. The manager and staff were very nice though....The pillows on bed were horrible. I had difficulty sleeping..

Right off I-20, plenty of eating establishments near, will stay again.

Room was clean nice difficult to get auto thermostat to work and toilet tank did not work well filled very slow could not flush told front desk st our exit

Smoking room

After a football game I had a late check in. They put me into a smoking room and I’m a non-smoker. To say it smelled is an understatement. They blamed it on Orbitz.

Incorrectly charged my credit card

I was incorrectly charged for my room and had to spend my time trying to get it corrected! Also, it is bad need of repair and updating. Not what you normally expect from a Hampton. I always stay at Hamptons and was extremely disappointed in this one.

We are terribly sorry for your experience at a Hampton Inn. However, we think you may have reviewed the incorrect hotel. Our property underwent an completely renovation as part of Hampton's Forever Young Initiative and every portion of the hotel has been updated. Again we apologize that your Hampton experience was not what you expected.
