Bed and pillows are excellent.

If the TV worked, I give 5. We stayed only one night and try to turn on the TV in the morning.

Very Nice

Pros: Everything here was amazing. We were disappointed we only had one night here
Cons: this place rocks
Location: We checked in and drove to Applebee's for dinner, it was close. Came back and went to the pool
We loved this hotel, nice clean comfortable. and all the "extras" pool, hot tub, exercise room. And the yummy breakfast

Luxury for a reasonable price.

So clean! Short distance to Boise with better price. Outstanding breakfast and access to hot tub and fitness facilities 24/7. Very comfortable beds.

We had to ask to have our room cleaned everyday as we would come back later in the afternoon and it still was not done. Also they put us in a handicap room which the shower was terrible and I believe we were charged extra for that. We have stayed here before but probably not again.

If this is something that you would like to avoid please feel free to call us before the day of arrival and verify that you have a room type that will make you most comfortable. I am sorry that you needed to ask for service. Did you happen to put your DND sing out any of theses days or were you just skipped? This is something we would like to know because our housekeepers should automatically clean your room if you do not use your DND signage. We appreciate anything you can tell us and hope to hear from you soon.

Great home away from home

All aspects of our hotel room were wonderful. The people are so nice and friendly, makes our visits so nice. The breakfast bar is fabulous, starting the day off right! This is our third stay, will be back whenever visiting family.

A typical Hampton Inn in a nice part of town - the problem was the noise level. All the doors, both guest rooms and stairwell, close automatically with the force and vigor of a team of horses. This means that when anyone closes a door, you hear and feel it throughout the hotel. Similarly, although the hotel is set back from the highway, it allows much of the sound of the traffic into the guest rooms - for what appears to be a nicely built and solid hotel, it allows way too much outside noise into the rooms.

The doors we have in the hotel are fire doors, this makes them quite heavy but it is a safety precaution. We also understand that sometimes the sound of the freeway can disturb some of our guests. Next time you stay with us please feel free to ask to be placed in the East wing of the hotel farthest way from the freeway. We appreciate your business and hope to see you again soon.
