The pillows are the most uncomfortable I have ever tried to use. On Business trip right by an exit major traffic will not have this happen again no sleep the entire stay along with pillows..

I’ve stayed in this hotel three times in the past two months. I’ve not had a bad room in any of my stays. Always clean and the staff always ready to help, even the maids

Pleasant staff, quiet location

Was staying at the La Quinta across the way and the La Quinta had unannounced roof construction going on but would not move me to a quitter room. The kind people at Hampton Inn were sympathetic and allowed me to check in at 9:00am even though it was earlier than regular check-in. Thank you!

Awesome stay

Pros: Staff was personable and helpful. Not only was the room clean but the hotel as whole was clean. The apples on the table and cookies were nice treats.
Location: The Village at Meridian ; the Fountains was a great place to walk and enjoy the restaurants and fresh air. Louie's Italian restaurant was fantastic.
We were in Idaho for a wedding. After driving 12 hours the front desk was welcoming. On Friday there were buses of high schoolers but the hotel was quiet and clean. Management was helping out in the breakfast area on Saturday; impressive.

Hampton Inn

Pros: Everything was clean and modern
Cons: I find this with all hotels is that the wifi is slow to non active.
Location: The location was handy but without wifi internet we were clueless as to any attractions
This is a really nice hotel very modern with a delightful breakfast

They Treat Expedia Customers Like Dirt

Showed up after check in (3:00PM). They remarked how we booked thru Expedia and said our room wouldn't be ready until late in the evening. Then proceeded to check in other guests in the same rooms. Ended up at the Hilton just down the road.

Boise this week

Pros: Location
I've stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past and if you are familiar with Hampton Inns there will be no surprises here, typical room and reception area, breakfast etc. The only reason I have bumped it down a notch on condition is that this property is starting to show it's age, not badly but the edges are getting worn.
