The facility is under rennovations with the discarded furniture heaped up outside. There were several lights out in the room. There was hair in the lavatory, no soap at the lavatory, no anti slip surface in the bathtub, water not hot, the furniture was dusty, heavy dust buildup on the bathroom fixture, there were no USB ports.

The indoor pool was nasty, the doors fidnt lock, windows were busted out and there were strange people walking into the pool area off if the streets.

Pleasant stay
Hotel staff was very friendly. Building is bit bit aged, but clean and neat. The complimentary breakfast was very good with a lot of options. They are in the process of building a new building nearby and will be relocating there.

Every room smells like the worst musty mold!!! It’s the worst hotel room I’ve ever experienced and it was so rundown. The whole room was so worn down and our tub had mold in it. It was seriously gross. I was afraid I was going to get sick after breathing in the OVERWHELMING mildew smell all night. We had no other choice but to stay here for one night and every room had the same smell (we checked!). It was really awful. For the price…this place was so bad. The front desk lady was nice (and overworked!), but that’s the only nice thing I have to say about the place. Never again.

Although my stay was just an over night stay I was very impressed with the overall cleanliness, service, comfort, and the sense of security I had at this facility. The parking and entrance was well lit and clean, the front desk person was alert and courteous and the elevator and hallways were also well lit and clean.

They gave our room away. There was one king size bed and sofa bed with a stained and dirty. There was multiple baby roaches in our king bed and mold growing in the AC unit. We were there for less than an hour. Worst experience ever.

Poorly greeted, no smile, no eye contact. Was told if the reservation was made through a third party, we might not get what we asked for. Room was a 4, however, found a bath towel with feces stain. Breakfast was good but not hot by 7:15. Very busy weekend and the staff was unable to stay up with demand. Overall the rest of the staff was helpful and friendly.

We arrived late evening.Trash was overflowing at front entrance , did not look appealing. Hall Floors could have been vacuumed more and the dining area did not look clean. Room clean. Beds comfortable. Check in was smooth and friendly staff.

The front desk people were very friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel seems to be an old building that needs some update. Cleanliness was not up to standard, carpet was worn out, the shower had a lot of mold

Hotel roof leaks, commercial fans in lobby, smells like mold/mildew. Our bedding had stains all over. Floor had greasy footprints. We left and stayed elsewhere. Location is way off the beaten path…to where it didn’t feel safe. Had to follow up to get refunded properly.
