Paid for the room on Expedia, got to the motel they would not accept my credit card for incidentals because it's a new account and the card didn't have my name on it. still they kept my money and would not refund me. But asked for a ridiculous $200 deposit for incidentals in cash. I think one of the staff had a learning disability because she couldn't understand could you please call your manager and ask him about my refund. I could have given them the cash I had on me but I had planned on Christmas shopping. And there was more than enough in my account to cover the incidentals.

Great hotel for the price.

Check-in was fast and easy. The hotel is just off the freeway, so easy access. The room was clean and pleasant. The bathroom was tiny, but not really a problem. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had.

Never again!

When we checked in we were informed that cats were not considered pets and wouldn't be allowed to stay . The motel amenities are misleading because it states pets are welcome. The manager informed me that not only could we not bring our cat in the room, but if we choose not to stay there were would not get our money back. We made other arrangements for out cat, but to add insult to injury the second night when we got back to the room they hadn't restocked and we had to dig soap off of the shower floor. One other thing, be sure to read about the extra charges they tack on. The desk clerks were friendly, but the manager was rude .

As I pointed out to you while you were checking in, our pet policy is clearly listed on the Expedia website, under the "Pets" Section, this policy states "Pets allowed for an extra charge of USD 25 per pet, per stay, Dogs only,2 per room (up to 75 lb)Specific rooms only, restrictions apply, Pet-friendly rooms can be requested by contacting the property at the number on the booking confirmation" we did not receive a call prior to arrival, or we would have reminded you that we do not allow cats to stay in our rooms. We were unable to clean your room, per your request, as we found a do not disturb sign on your door when we attempted service. Thank You, Thomas Mitchell

Actual room was well below expectations based on pictures. It was just too small for me and my friend. I barely fit in the toilet/shower area. The room was across the parking lot from the rest of the hotel.

Needs updating

Hotel staff were very pleasant, but hotel is in desperate need of updating. Our room had a musty, dirty smell and the beds were uncomfortable.

Repeat Business Traveler

Pros: Clean rooms, close to a choice of restaurants
Cons: Some rooms updated some still need to be done. Staff is friendly but not always well trained.
Great price and location for my business trips. Restaurants nearby and clean rooms make this a great choice. Have stayed here multiple times.

Worked in a pinch... but I’ll never stay there again. Room was dirty.. moldy... small... staff was slow in checking in and out Room wasn’t ready even though plans were made and verified for early check in Only positive was a pretty good location .

Paper thin walls & rock hard pillows. refrigerator didn’t work. No frills. Nice breakfast and breakfast staff. Rooms were clean and temperature was good. Just loud stomping at 2 am up above and people talking in hall at 530 am was annoying.

Enjoyed our two night stay. Very accommodating and great breakfast. Room as clean and comfortable. Will stay there again!

Dirty room

Room was filthy. Got asthma staying there. Chair was so dirty. I am still sick two days later.
