This motel was a very nice surprise.

Good location, close to freeway, but no problem with noise, clean, comfortable room with essential amenities. A very good hot breakfast was another pleasant surprise.

The hotel was terrible and the staff wasn’t very helpful with the loud people at night

Great price for what we got.

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. Staff was very kind and the price was awesome. Room was fairly clean there was some remodeling during our stay so things were pretty dusty.

Great value hotel, newly renovated rooms

Easy on/off the Meridian Ave. Great breakfast, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, OJ and coffee. Big rooms, different density pillows.

The rooms did not match the picture that was displayed on the and had an unpleasant odor. But we're relatively comfortable and clean . We wanted to use the pool and hot tub but realized once we arrived at the pool was outside and the hot tub was not in good condition and was not inviting. The breakfast left much to be desired. But we were grateful that at least there was a breakfast.

Wouldn’t give me a refund when I felt unsafe

So I decided to go with this hotel because from the pictures it looked clean and responsibly priced. When I got there the police were there, computers were down they couldn’t get me checked in. Then I checked out the room, lights were not working, fan in bathroom made a horrible sound and the WiFi wasn’t working, felt as if I could get bed bugs staying here. Then the police were two doors down, I decided I wasn’t comfortable. Also I checked out the hot tub prior going to my room, it was missing paint, dirty and luke warm. I went to ask for a refund and went somewhere else. Now they will not refund my money when I explained how I didn’t feel safe. My recommendation... run as far away from this place as you can. Expedia tried to intervien and help me get the refund and they couldn’t help either. I’m calling my credit card company next to try and have them dispute the charge. Air BNB is the way to go. Less expensive than regular hotels and way nicer. Not pleased.

I apologize that you were not happy with your stay. It is unfortunate that some guests choose to make poor decisions, which cause the police to be called. We are in the process of updating our standard rooms and will be updating the hot tub area this May.

Check in was easy and the girl was friendly. The room was what I expected for the rate. However, because I booked with Expedia and I left early, they couldn’t check me out. When I attempted to check out, after I left there was a charge from the hotel immediately after. The manager, Thomas, says he saw no charge when I emailed and said oh you can come back and stay to use the rest of your time and also made sure to tell me that no refunds are given. I never asked or implied for one, I just simply wanted to be checked out. So that was irritating. Overall if you want the cheapest rate, stay here. If you want quality go elsewhere. My overall opinion, I’ll spend the extra money and go elsewhere.

Stay away from Mr. Sandman!

Stayed in 2 rooms and both rooms were filthy and in disrepair. Televisions did not work in both rooms. They went so dim after watching them for 5 seconds you could hardly see the picture. The motel staff responded by saying all our new TV's do that there is some sort of problem with them.The bedding in one room didn't appear to have been changed because it looked like it had been slept in and there was what looked like women's mascara on the pillow case. The shower in one of the rooms had black mold all over the ceiling of the shower enclosure and it stunk. The motel looks nice on the website but in person is horrible. will never stay there again. Stay away from the Mr. sandman!

We tested the TV's in both of the rooms that you stayed in and we do not have any issues with our TV's.All of our TV's are HD TV's and we have not had any other complaint from any other guest that mentioned the issue that you mentioned. We change our sheets between guest stays every time, without fail and this is verified by our housekeeping supervisor.

Poor choice

Cons: Attitude adjustment and cleaner rooms. Pet friendly
Booked online via Expedia. Upon checking in was told there was an extra charge for a pet which was not disclosed when I registered. Clerk said the problem was with Expedia-not them. Could not cancel the reservation even though I paid for trip cancel for $9.00. The room carpet was soiled and the bedspreads were stained. It was overpriced compared to 3 other motels we stayed at on our trip and was in the poorest condition. The clerk who checked us in was not cordial--abrupt. Would never consider staying there again.
