Good, easy check-in. Staff very polite.
Convenient for the airport, with shuttle bus transfer. Connected via tram to Bordeaux city centre.
Bathroom area was a little tired but okay for one night.
Staff were pleasant.
We spent one night at the hotel, after we had a long flight from LAX. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The receptionist was very friendly. Breakfast was very good, many varieties of hot and cold food.
Stayed over on arrival in France and the night before our departure back to Britain.
The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.
Room mainly clean and tidy but attention required to shower curtains.

Does not match the expectations of a 4 stars hotel
Very minimum standard of cleanliness
We stayed one night before catching an early morning flight. Our room was large and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting at the pool area in the late afternoon. Our dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Overall we were very pleased with this hotel.
Great location. Very convenient for catching flight next morning. Very nice public areas - pool, gardens, food and service outlets. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Need to expand dinner menu a bit.

the hotel dining room looked very attractive but the food was very mediocre. Very little choice and what came to the table appeared to be straight from deep freeze and simply put on the table. Also we had booked our first night via Expedia and then booked an extra night a few days before our arrival via Accor and there was constant mix up about the 2 bookings. At first there was no record of 2nd booking though it had been paid when the booking was made. We left around 5 am to get an early flight and hotel staff insisted we use our credit card and pay again for the Accor booking, which we did (not happily) but at 5 am with the plane time getting closer had no choice. We didn't hear agin from them about the second booking except to pay the tax, of a small amount. It left a disappointed feeling as it could have been a much more pleasant stay.
The shuttle to the airport worked well and the driver was very competent and pleasant.

Well-run hotel with good staff, clean room, excellent breakfast, free onsite parking, elevators, and convenient location. Highly recommended.

Quick stop here before leaving France. Very close and covenant to airport. Staff friendly, rooms clean, bed comfortable. Dinner at hotel restaurant was good.

The initial room we were given was next door to some major interior renovation taking place. The power tools could be heard throughout the hallways. The key card pad did not work. We were told there were no other rooms until the desk manager walked us to our room only to find the key actually did not work and the noise from the workers was horrendous. We got a different room on a different floor.

Everything was perfect. All the dudes at the hotels were really helpful and friendly. Thats what I call a 4 **** service.
The design of the hotel is wonderful too, from the room, to the lobby and the pool.
