Good Location

Pros: Good Location to the City.
Cons: Softer Beds.
Food was good, found the room quite dated and bed was quite hard.

Pros: The dining room and menu, the food. Was good for
Cons: Response for specific room request
Location: Locality fine and amenities close by
Our main comment would be that I wrote twice after booking requesting twin beds! I was told that you were awaiting a response from the hotel. We were not pleased on arrival to find a double bed! We did not complain we just split the bed up and used the bed linen as best we could.

The bed in our suite would have to be one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in!

Upgrade was a nice surprise. Bath great but shower pressure down. Toaster and plates would be nice for those that have early checkout.

Nice warm spacious room we had

Pros: Homely fee. Big rooms . Very comfy bed
Location: nice walk into city. Good café nearby.
Good value accommodation., Big room and great heating as it was minus 4 overnight in July. English feel to the place.

Very nice hotel.The restaurant was great.

Pros: Old style feel
Cons: Water pressure in the shower. And the quality of the beds
Location: The long action is nice and central and easy to find.
The staff at the restaurant was great. Everybody we came in contact with was very helpful. The bed was a bit hard and lumpy. There was a large cobweb behind the toilet door. Will stay there again

Excellent as always. Staff had turned on heating and closed curtains prior to me arriving at night
