Think again before booking!

TERRIBLE....where do I start? My husband and I wanted to spend another day away from home so I thought I would pay a bit more for a hotel...thinking it would be nicer. By I was wrong! We waited 20 minutes at the front desk before anyone helped us, the person at the front desk was very disorganized. She was really struggling to even type my information into the computer to find my reservation. We went up to the room and found the room smelled terrible, like sewage terrible and the bed size was only Queen and I requested a King. We called down to the front desk and was put on hold for 10 minutes...decided to go down to the front desk and found the same girl leaving the desk to go up the elevator. We asked for a new room and was told they only had Queen sized beds and that it would take her some time to accommodate us. We just left, that's right, I paid for a room through Hotels.com and knew I wouldn't get my money back because of the cancellation policy and decided to go someplace else. So I booked another hotel! Don't know why the hotel was priced the way it was, well over $100 when I get a better room and better service at the Comfort Inn and Suites for much less! Marking this hotel off the list!!!!!
