They didn't even sweep the floors of the hallways for FOUR days. I saw same garbage on the floor. Yuck

Bed was not comfortable at all.

The bed was not comfortable at all. Looked like they were made up by my kids.....rushed. The shelves in the bathroom were dusty

looks can be deceiving

Pros: close to the mall
Cons: Rooms need to be updated, including the furniture and decor. Lots of stains on the furniture and carpets.
Location: shopping and places to eat.
Room we booked was not the room we were given. Had to call Expedia for corrections. Once in room, there was no phone, shower gel or shampoo. When we asked for some the manager came out and said they had none and had ran out. Our room wasn't filthy but it could have been cleaner. Also, the closet doors were broke and leaning in an unsafe position. Will never stay at that hotel again nor will I recommend it.

Invisible staff, pond water pool

I chose this hotel for pricing, pool and close to the Southline Train. I was taking my young grandchildren on a weekend trip to the city . The hotel staff did nothing about the 20 unattended children in the pool. I'm sure this was breaking all kind of fire hazards. Even after I alerted them. I'm sure they were all one family . The furniture is absolutely filthy . I will stay there again. This is my third trip to the area.

Convenient to highway and trips to the city.

Pros: Convenience to highway
Cons: Better ventilation in lobby to take the pool odors out.
Room was clean and bed comfortable. A bit dated, but fine.

Quite hotel

Like this hotel this the only hotel we stayed at quite.

Hot, muggy, smelly & dirty

Pros: The front desk staff did their best to help us and we were very appreciative of their efforts. Thank you Farhan and Kishan!
Cons: The houskeeping people, especially the same person who signed both cards in the 2 rooms we had been in, really needs to be retrained or fired.
Location: Sand Dunes just a few minutes north
Just to say, the 2 staff members we saw at front desk, Farhan & Kishan, were both extremely polite and helpful. They did their best to try and remedy the awfulness of our stay. Thank you fellas! Now that I've said that I will say that I always inspect our rooms thoroughly. I used to work at a hotel as housekeeping and saw some of the gross things I had to clean and some of the shoddy work by my coworkers. I always check that the bedding has been changed, never sleep under the duvets/comforters, etc. When we walked in the lobby the windows were open with a window fan running, no AC! It was hot and muggy. The hallways on our floor, the 3rd, were also hot, muggy and they smelled of cat urine or something else unpleasant. We were booked in room 312. Instead of ranting I will just list the problems I found immediately: pubic hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor, towels barely folded on the rack, hairs in between the sheets of the bed which looked as though it hadn't been changed, the floor had lots of "debris" on it which made me think it wasn't vacummed, the pullout couch for the kids also had dirty sheets and the room was muggy. they switched out room to 309: Bed had hair again, couch was okay, there was dried urine on the toilet seat, towels messy, floor dirty, walls had "stuff" on them by the garbage, fridge didn't work and muggy again. Breakfast was tolerable but not very good. The whole place looked old, worn out and dirty. NEVER AGAIN!
