Ok if you’re just sleeping

The staff was great, the beds were comfortable, but the main reasons why we alway book Country Inn and Suites was not so good. We normally book with Country Inn and Suites because of the very clean rooms, and the excellent complimentary breakfast. Our room left much to be desired in the cleanliness category, with dirt/dust in the bathroom corners, a used tea bag and the wrapper on the floor, and a used pore strip for your nose under the bathroom sink. The breakfast had old, cold French toast, Luke warm sausage, and very runny waffle mix, which made the waffles a flop. We were extremely disappointed. Tonight we will be at another Country Inn and Suites in Georgia, we hope this one is much better!

Close to a very big and awesome mall.

Pros: Clean and quite a bit of what a traveler needs.
Cons: None
Location: South lake mall within walking distance.
Check in very fast and easy. Breakfast was one of the best I've had.

Always Great!

Pros: Clean, quiet, easy access, great staff
Cons: Replace carpet on Stairway. Add hot tub to indoor pool area. Neither is a big deal though.
Location: Meals, shopping and easy access to and from interstates. Easy trip to Chicago also.
We stay here every year when we attend ND games. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The carpet in the common area and stairway could use replacing but this is not even close to a deal breaker. The room is always clean and very comfortable. Very quiet atmosphere and good breakfast each morning. The area also has easy access and many choices for eating. Would love to have a hot tub in the pool area. I forgot a favorite hat and remembered after getting to the airport. One call got a response and my hat was mailed the very next day. Great staff and management.

check in and check out were good. had to leave early and they accommodated us well. glad they had an elevator.

Worst hotel ever

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Cleanliness and customer service. I could live without the customer service but not a clean room.
Location: Southlake Mall is nearby along with lots of shops, restaurants, and Holiday Star Theater.
First, it took a really time to check in even though we were the only ones checking in. Second, the bedding was awful. They had put sheets over the comforters, probably because the comforters were white and stained. Later, noticed that the sheets were stained as well. Third, the bathroom was not clean. They had left a beer bottle in the trash can. Fourth, the carpets throughout the entire establishment were dirty, stained, and grimy.Fifth, the food was terrible, at this point however, that was to be expected. The fruit was even brown and unappealing. Sixth, even though they entered the room and put towels in the bathroom, they didn't clean the room again, same beer bottle left in trash can.Amazingly awful experience.

Lots of better options ariund

The room wasn’t clean and there was basically no staff to help with anything. It’s right on a road surrounded by better options

Room had a damp musty smell, maybe from being located above the pool, would have liked to open the window to let the room air out but to much traffic noise from nearby interstate.

We had 3 rooms, 2 of 3 rooms were dirty,

Had made reservation for 3 rooms, 1 a suite. Checked in and we did not get a suite, took 30 min to get an extra room, no suite available . 1 room had mold on shower curtain, someone's dirty laundry bag left by housekeeping in closet, and cooling system in room did nit work. Room temperature was 72 degrees. 2nd room dirty towels hanging on bsck of door. Hot tub not in service, covered over with a board. I asked to speak to manager, she was not in. Explained our situation to desk clerk. She was very polite , said if we made our reservation online we would have to speak to them re our dissatisfaction . Sign at desk stated indeoendently owned property, find it strange that they would not want to have their staff show an interest in our concerns. I work for a large corporation which icludes alot of travel. Our company tries to stay at Carlton properties, unfortunately I am recommending that America Inn and Suite be excluded for our employees travel needs.
