Convenient but gross

the location of the hotel is great, but the condition....not so much. The shower looked as if it had not been cleaned in a month. So, I called the desk....and they wanted me to pay $10 for housekeeping, and told us that if we needed new towels that we need to bring the dirty ones down to exchange. The air conditioner in our room was broken and they would not put us in a different room. We paid 91 dollars a night for a bed smaller and much more uncomfortable than our own just to not be able to sleep at all. The only good thing was that they had decent coffee in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons: The toliet was way too low. You would actually drop down unexpectantly when using it.
Location: Nice location. Everything was within a block to a mile of this hotel.
Staff was nice. Newspaper was provided. Continental breakfast was provided. And the location was perfect.

Okay hotel - easy to check in as arrived quite lat

Cons: all of the above
Location: by restaurants and a lot of other hotels
While room clean, had no remote for the tv. / no hair dryer / and considering an extended stay not a single utensil in the kitchenette. Had 2 plastic cups and that was all. Continental breakfast was minimal at best, including poor quality oranges.

Not willing to help with travel arrangements

Front desk person was not willing to print boarding pass to airplane for next mornings flight. Then pretended as if they had never been asked to do so. Would not help find in the other area hotels of which there were about 8, who would have computer and printer for guests. At the 4th hotel, I did find a desk person who did allow me to use their business office computer.

Nice Hotel when we first started staying there

Pros: has a kitchen, close to mall
Cons: cleanliness and kitchen supplies supplied as you check in
Location: Church
The bathroom was still dirty, the kitchen still had food and garbage in it and strange they have a sign "if you forgot something ask" so I asked one of the maids for some lotion and they said they did not have any. There was no dishes or coffee pot, you had to request that. Which has all changed since last year.

Convenient

We chose this extended stay because it was close to where our storage facility is located. It was also convenient for all the restaurants that we went to as well as taking the train to Chicago

Home away from home,

Pros: There was no juice with the breakfast bar. I really would like daily clean towels even if you do not clean the room.
Cons: Seers with the window drapes for better privacy.
Location: Plenty places to eat at and shopping too.
The pots and pans for imediate use is just great. The price was reasonable and fair.

neglected

Pros: The room was clean when we arrived. The clerk listened when I requested a room near an entrance because of my limited mobility.
Cons: Have ice in the room when we arrive and glasses to drink out of. We just spent 4.5 hours on the road and wanted a cold drink of water.
Location: We weren't looking for things to do. But the restaurant in the area were also difficult to get to.
Our room was not cleaned during our stay. The hotel was difficult to get to without enough signage. We only got there because of our GPS. There was no ice machine anywhere and the ice cube trays in the refrigerator were empty.

Centrally located

Evrything is nice. The staff are nice and friendly and accomodating . The room is nice and cozy except that when you enter the room , the strong smell of the cigarratte still lingers as if the presence of the cigarrette butts are everywhere!! i hope they can do something about the bad cigarrette odor!! Overall is good though.
