Okay place to stay for a night for business

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Make sure to stay on the top floor. I was on the second floor and I could hear the person above me a lot! Good thing I had to wake up very early or I'd be very upset at this. I had to use their business center which was quick and efficient. You can definetely hear the traffic from 65 but if you put the fan on, it's fine. Overall, it's fine for just an over night stay.

Pros: The staff, the cleanliness.
Location: Several places to eat within a few blocks. There is a large mall nearby too. Also a Cracker Barrel just a few miles away.
The staff is GREAT! All were very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was nice as they served scrambled eggs and sausage. I was expecting bread, fruit, and cereal only. I stayed just after they had a bit of snow. The floors were cleaned frequently to mop up the dirt tracked in by the dirty snow stuck to shoes.

Cons: Windows must be renewed to isolate noise.
There is terrible noise in the room because of nearby highway. Windows are old and not sound proof. It is impossible to get sleep.

Pleasant stay

The staff was great, breakfast was good. I had a dirty comforter on my bed, but it was exchanged right away. My overall stay was good.

No Reservation Found

Pros: location
Cons: reservation & check-in process, customer service
Location: right in the middle of all kinds of food and shopping, but a car is needed to get to all of it.
I'm unable to tell you much about this hotel because I never got to check in. I made my reservation on a Wednesday through Expedia for a check-in on Saturday (3 days notice). When we arrived at the hotel after 10:00 p.m., they did not have our reservation and were "fully booked." What irritated me the most about the staff, though, is even though I was showing them my confirmation email from Expedia with all of my details, they kept asking me if I made the reservation in a different name. My name was right on the confirmation email, but they still insisted on blaming me for their inability to "find" my reservation.

We arrived at 12:30 am and waited for 15 min for a front desk person to appear. There was no "back in 5 min sign" or direction to call the front desk number.It then took another 15 min to check in. The coffee maker had a thick film of dust

Chicago family trip,..

It was pleasant. Walls were kind of thin but I would stay there again. Front desk clerk was so so nice but she charged my card twice. Honest mistake. Nice area. Places everywhere!
