This hotel is a convention and not build like a standard Fairfield. Has all the standard amenities, but rooms are smaller than normal and the bathroom was fine with an odd layout. Staff was very frieldly and accomodating.

I loved this hotel. Very comfortable nice breakfast, didint have a pool but that was fine.

Nice hotel, will stay again.

The queen suite was a nice size. For a room that size, it would have been nice to have two bathrooms. The staff was very courteous.

Fairfield stay

Pros: Nice lobby
Cons: Perhaps better mattresses, large handle bar on wall for tub.
Location: Restaurants shopping all that is great.
It wasn't too bad but because of a previous ankle problems I wanted handicap accessible especially for the bathtub. I requested on my reservation upper floor didn't get it. Because the last time I stayed kids were having a swim party and was running late night in the hall. Guess what? Yessss, it was a big party in the lobby this time for sure!!!

Near lots of restaurants, shopping, and highway.

The hotel staff extremely helpful and courtesy. Very nice room and clean but some ants in the room unfortunately. I did not see them personally. My daughter did not mention until after we checked out.

Clean hotel and helpful staff

Pros: Lots of parking, close to everything.
Cons: Second bathroom in the lobby.
Location: Had an event in Shereville, many restuarants and shops on the way.
Alfonzo great at the desk and on the phone, very helpful. Our teenager loved the second room with the pull out sofa bed. We closed the door and she could stay up a little later.

Decent hotel

Small rooms. Sink is in the same room as bathroom which is good.

Okay place to stay for a night for business

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Make sure to stay on the top floor. I was on the second floor and I could hear the person above me a lot! Good thing I had to wake up very early or I'd be very upset at this. I had to use their business center which was quick and efficient. You can definetely hear the traffic from 65 but if you put the fan on, it's fine. Overall, it's fine for just an over night stay.

Stayed for interview in neighboring community

Pros: The staff, the cleanliness.
Location: Several places to eat within a few blocks. There is a large mall nearby too. Also a Cracker Barrel just a few miles away.
The staff is GREAT! All were very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was nice as they served scrambled eggs and sausage. I was expecting bread, fruit, and cereal only. I stayed just after they had a bit of snow. The floors were cleaned frequently to mop up the dirt tracked in by the dirty snow stuck to shoes.

Cons: Windows must be renewed to isolate noise.
There is terrible noise in the room because of nearby highway. Windows are old and not sound proof. It is impossible to get sleep.
